This Casita has a studio plan, solar hot water, a built in BBQ grill with 2 burners. The queen size bed has individual controlled reading lamps. A large safe that all your valuables , including camera and computer The fridge has an exterior cold water outlet.
This adult only property offers the choice of 4 casitas with a common pool and beautiful gardens. There are 2 individual casitas (#1 & #2) with a separate bedroom, air conditioning and their own courtyard and 2 studio-style casitas (#3 & #4) on a second story with terrace and ocean view. The pool has jacuzzi jets with ample seating to visit while enjoying your favorite beverage. A great place to hang out, relax and enjoy life!
You will have full access to our beach property directly across the road. This gives you beach access, the use of loungers, eating areas, bar refrigerator, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and a 14 ft couch. A great place to hang out, enjoy new friends and the fantastic warm pacific ocean and the never ending breeze.

Why they chose this property
This is a great place to spend your winter months. We offer great rates for long term rentals. If you wish, we will securely store your possessions and have them available upon your return at no charge. We also offer free pickup and return to the airport. Another service that most vacationers have done is have us pick up their groceries and beverages so everything is here when you arrive, The cost is $25USD for this service and we require at least 4 days prior to your arrival.
All the casitas were finished with ease of cleanliness in mind, the walls and ceiling are all smooth colored cement, pasta, with the joints to the floors curved for easy cleaning as no corners. All the taps are Helvex top quality stainless steel. During your stay your casitas is cleaned a minimum of 3 times a week, more if needed. Your bedding and towels are replaced in minimum of 4 days.

Great place to star gaze next to no city lights and the quarter moon is a perfect happy face.
