Immerse yourself in breathtaking panoramic views spanning from the Gulf to the Intracoastal Waterway, featuring mesmerizing sunsets each night, weather permitting. Just steps away, you'll find the sugar sand beach and emerald waters—a therapeutic experience like no other!

Explore numerous nearby attractions, such as scenic drives or bike rides to Fort Pickens with stunning views of the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. Choose from a variety of water adventures, including dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, or sailboat excursions. Conveniently located across the street are Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and Tom Thumb Convenience Store for all your needs.

Securely park your vehicle in our designated covered space (#410) within the gated boundaries of the Sans Souci Condominium complex, ensuring protection from the intense Florida sun. Positioned at the west end of the building, our unit offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound, Pensacola Naval Base, pool, and hot tub.
In one room, there's a king-size bed, while the other includes a queen bed and two twin beds (daybed with trundle). In addition, the living room is equipped with a queen Murphy bed cabinet, and blackout curtains are installed throughout the entire condo. With these options, our unit provides versatile sleeping arrangements for up to eight individuals. The fully-equipped kitchen and separate dining area simplify mealtime, and a community charcoal grill is located on the 1st floor directly below our unit.

Featuring two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub and shower combination—our condo ensures comfort. The complex provides two elevators, and a coin laundry on the garage level requires quarters and laundry products. We've meticulously designed our condo to be welcoming and hassle-free, ensuring you have everything for a relaxing stay and return home with cherished memories.

Fantastic Getaway

I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing beach stay. The condo is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out are a breeze, and Marina was always quick with a response to my questions. We would absolutely check to see if this condo was available next time we come to Pensacola Beach.

This property is beautiful, in a perfect location. The little extras for guests like coffee, a k- cup coffee machine, beach towels, make up removal towelettes, and more are such a nice touch. We will be back!

Great place and location!!

Was thrilled with rental and communication with owner. Location is awesome and the condo is perfect for chilling on the balcony and taking in beautiful sunsets or enjoying the view of the beach and Bay Area. (Also, with one of the best restaurants in Pensacola Beach within walking distance.). We will definitely return in the future.

Great Getaway

The warm and comfortable condo provided the perfect location for our anniversary getaway. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony over looking the gulf and bay. With comfortable chairs and a great sea breeze. The condo has everything we needed for perfect beach days or just hanging out; a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and games to enjoy. The owners provided wonderful dining suggestions for our anniversary dinner and provided clear directions on everything from getting there to checking out. We had a great time!

The condo is very nice and had anything we might have needed. The balcony is not fully facing the ocean but we liked having a little area where the breeze was not so bad and loved being able to see the ocean side and bay side. Loved having the table on the balcony. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great condo, great location!

My family of 4 plus 2 friends enjoyed our stay so much. The location was perfect for the Blue Angels show. The owners could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Mrs. Marina was always available for any questions. The condo was clean and had lots of amenities. My kids stayed in the pool! The wait list for Peg Leg’s worked out perfectly for a busy weekend. Thank you for such a great experience!

Extremely Satisfied

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. If you need took cook, the kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. We had a short stay, so we chose to eat out. If you forget your beach towels or chairs, no worries because they even had those available to be used. It rained most of the stay, so our family played Uno and various board games that was in the condo as well. I literally have no complaints about this condo, and look forward to staying there again.

Beach vibes

Wow! This place was fantastic! The view was beautiful and it was conveniently located to everything!!! Very quiet and laid back environment. Our beach was not crowded, everyone had plenty of room! The water was as clear as I’ve seen it in years! This condo was fully stocked as well; from spices in the cabinet to beach towels to everything you need for the beach! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely return! Owners were great! They answered every question I had in a timely manner. We had no problems AT ALL! Great experience!

Wonderful, an Absolute Gem!

The check-in process was super easy, directions were super helpful by the host, and the condo exactly as it looks. The location is just out of the hubbub of the busier downtown, but close enough to do it all. The beds were so comfortable, super fluffy bathroom towels and beach towels offered if you forgot yours, stocked kitchen with spices and the little things that are easily forgotten, and the balcony gave our family beautiful sunsets overlooking the ocean. The pool and hot tub are a nice offering if you get sick of the waves or are looking for a relaxing dip. We didn't want to leave, but back to the real world again... The host is extremely helpful, can't go wrong with booking this place!

Weekend getaway!!

Such a wonderful weekend getaway for our family. This condo was beautiful with an updated kitchen with all the amities from home. A personal covered parking spot, a pool with hot tub on site. The beach is literally steps from the building. The balcony was enjoyed at all times of day, from drinking our cup of coffee in the morning to having a cocktail and seeing the most gorgeous sunset over the water. We literally had all we needed for our stay and then some. This host even had family board games for use and beach equipment in the closet. I can’t say enough about Marina and James they are friendly, helpful and communication was outstanding.

The unit is decorated beautifully. It has been renovated and has an open floor plan. Marina’s attention to detail was impressive. I have been renting condos for over 20 years & have never stayed anywhere where the owners were this thoughtful. Even little things like leaving plenty of COMFORTABLE blankets, throw blankets, comforters, pillows, thick bath towels (& plenty of them), regular coffee & k-cups, beach towels, beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs. If there’s a possibility something could come in handy on your beach vacation- they’ve thought of it. This was a last minute Birthday trip for my mom. Marina made the whole process so simple. She even offered to give us a discount if we wanted to check in later that night! We had such a great time we asked to stay longer, but her unit was already booked (of course it was, it’s fabulous!). She offered to try to find us something else in the building, but I told her she had already done plenty. Luckily we found another unit on the same floor and building as this one & stayed a few days longer. We were glad to be at the beach, but the other condo just didn’t stack up to this one! If this unit is available when we come back- we would definitely book again!

Family Memories

This location was great (across from a restaurant and 5 mins from shopping and dining). Loved that the property is gated and multiple parking spots available, including a covered spot. The beach access was extremely convenient and the beach was not over crowded. The condo was very spacious and very equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Loved the view of the pool and beach! The owners were so pleasant to book with and get any questions or concerns answered. We will be back!

Inspired by all of the therapies that we have taken our special needs daughter to for more than 20 years, we decided that we needed our own type of therapy- beach therapy!
