Beautifully updated 2 BR w extra bunk room, family friendly, ocean front condo

Welcome to "Good Times & Tan Lines". This is a newly updated large beach front corner 4th floor condo with a beautiful view. This is the largest two bedroom with a washer/dryer in Sans Souci. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an extra room with a full over full bunk bed. This extra room that comes with this two bedroom unit makes all the difference and is hard to find elsewhere! You also have access to a storage room on the first floor where you can store your beach chairs/toys etc. We have three TVs and three DVD players, and smart TV capability.

You are so close to the water you can see dolphins swimming in the beautiful clear water. There are several very good local restaurants nearby and a convenience store right across the street. When you are tired from a day at the beach, just walk across the street to the infamous Peg Leg Pete's. The front entrance also offers a beautiful view of the bay. San Souci is gated and safe. We look forward to having you as our guests!

Our new getaway!!

Good times & Tan lines will be our new go-to getaway spot! The condo was very clean, cozy, & spacious for a two bedroom. It’s off the main strip, but still walking distance to everything. The beach access was very nice & private. This was definitely a 5⭐️ stay!

Very clean and well designed!

This condo is wonderful!! Great views (as w/ all Sans Souci units). This is my favorite floor plan and the entire condo was real clean and updated. I absolutely LOVED the new washer/dryer in the unit. There are not many at this complex and it was a great, added bonus. The owner was a truly AMAZING to work with. She was so accommodating and available anytime we needed her. Truly the TOTAL package.

A New Favorite

As a family that visits the OBA area every year, we’re so happy we decided on Pensacola this time. We loved everything about this condo. It gave everyone their own bit of space without being overcrowded. It was decorated so perfectly! And was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. The location was perfect and within a short distance to restaurants and activities for the kids. Although it wasn’t needed, there was an open line of communication with the host. We are looking forward to going back!

Family Graduation Trip

This condo was simply AMAZING! The communication with the host was incredible and she kept in constant contact and replied to any questions we had in a very timely manner. The beds were soooo comfortable, which isn’t typical for other rentals we have had in the past. The location was perfect and the views were spectacular. We really enjoyed having access to the storage space in the garage and use of some beach items as well. It was also nice not having to carry everything back to the condo after a long day at the beach. We traveled with 3 young adults/kids, so the 2nd bedroom was perfect for everyone to have space to spread out. This was our first visit to Pensacola Beach and are already looking to schedule out next stay at “Good Times and Tan Lines”!

Loved the condo! My husband really liked the high chairs on the balcony, Beach view was wonderful, as was the water! One small suggestion- maybe purchase some new cookware that is not non-stick.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a quick getaway. It was in the perfect location - near restaurants and water activities. The condo was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plenty of games and well stocked kitchen as well as a breathtaking Gulf view. Plenty of space and great sleeping accommodations. Loved it!

Amazing

We enjoyed every second of our stay at this condo. We love this apartment complex with a pool, parking and direct access to the beach and have stayed here multiple times. Most of all we love the unobstructed view of the Gulf. This condo in particular was the best we have enjoyed so far, because of the beautiful interior and well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of towels to last the full 9 days and we even had access to a closet with beach chairs and sun protection for the beach, an umbrella and a pavilion. Exceptional. We will definitely return next year.
