For a peaceful holiday in the heart of the seaside resort of CHATELAILLON-PLAGE, discover this apartment in the residence of the Principalities of the Casino, MONTE CARLO building, on the third and last floor without elevator.
Residence with communal swimming pool and tennis court.
This apartment consists of an entrance with cupboard which serves a toilet and a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its private bathroom with shower and sink.
Then you will find a second bedroom with wardrobe, two single beds 90x200, and a bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine.
The living room bathed in light with a view of the swimming pool consists of an open kitchen with dining area and a living room with sofa and TV (DVD player, WIFI access).
A balcony / terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs for eating outside.
A private parking space in outdoor parking. WIFI. Pets not accepted.
Possibility of renting bed linen and household linen on request.

Appartement grand, lumineux, avec terrasse bien situé à 2 mn de la plage, avec grande piscine. Les à côté, draps, ménage (non pris / 125€), et caution nous ont semblé trop chers par rapport à d'autres gites de taille similaire.
