Perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. I was able to cook most of my meals in the very functional kitchen and was able to relax either inside or outside. Very accommodating space.
Robin and Bob's place is perfect. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. They are very proactive and responsive with communication. Their home is located near UofA, so it was very convenient to visit my students there. Highly recommended!
I was looking for a quaint property for a weekend solo trip. The property was so cute and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again.
I will continue to try to book this property. The linens are high quality, shower is hot with great water product, personal care products are nice. The front courtyard with firepit is lovely. It is quiet and the hosts quickly respond to any texts. Parking is in the private courtyard right outside the front door. Lovely spot.
Stayed here while in town for a UofA event.
Convenient location to UofA, hosts were very accommodating & allowed me an early check-in. Quiet neighborhood setting.
Quiet, clean space, cute kitchen. Shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. A cold snap hit and we found extra blankets and heaters had been delivered just before our arrival--very considerate.
Thank you both for staying with us. We hope you will contact us again for next year.

My husband and I made the trip to Tucson to attend the UofA graduation. This location was so close to campus as well as different food spots. It was a super cute little studio. Perfect for us two to come and enjoy Tucson and not break the bank looking for a hotel around graduation time. The studio was very easy to find and we loved that we had privacy. We would definitely recommend!
I was so pleased and amazed at the instant response I got on Christmas morning when I couldn’t find a blow dryer as advertised. Robin was there within half an hour bringing me one. The space was very cute and cozy. I appreciate the space heater and mini fireplace to help warm up the cool mornings. I would stay again if ever I am in Tucson.
The pictures are completely misleading.I opened the door and there was a horrible smell of mustiness and mold.I turned around and left the propertyI called the owner and told him I was NOT staying. The Owners never reached out to me.DO NOT STAY HERE.

Laura - I am sorry you had a poor experience but I feel it was an exaggeration. Unfortunately, you didnt reach out through VRBO that evening so I wasnt aware there was an issue. I realize you were communicating on my husbands personal phone when you went to the wrong property and then sent him a late night response which he then assumed we were communicating through VRBO. We had several people walk through to see if they smelled an odor and couldnt locate anything. I feel like if you had stay more than 15 min and had given it a chance to air out after a hot sunny day it may not have been an issue. Unfornately noone else had mentioned this to us. I wish he would have responded as I was not available to help but I dont think your response was warranted.
This is a centrally located spot from which to explore the Tucson area. Tucson is very car-centric- in other words, a walk to the grocery store is out of the question, but the big attractions in the mountains and foothills are reachable by car. The immediate neighborhood provides nice walks, if that’s your thing. Our absolute fav hiking area is Saguaro NP East. An absolute gem. The “casita” was smaller than we expected but adequate. A sofa would have upped the comfort level, but we managed fine without. There’s a delightful outdoor patio with fire pit, which we used many times. The kitchen was adequate but had vintage utensils- we replaced and supplemented for your benefit! Robin and Bob were gracious to order us a sauce pan and a colander- thanks so much! There were some incredibly windy days which caused overhanging tree branches to hit the roof and Robin and Bob had a tree trimming company come to solve the problem. Thanks! The storage space would have been adequate for far fewer than our 32 days. Thanks for giving us the base from which to explore the Tucson/ Bisbee area!
I stayed here for 3 weeks while working. The space was perfect for just me and my stuff, and would be suitable for two if they weren't staying too long. The spacious patio and fire pit made it really lovely. There's great coffee (Presta) and groceries (Fry's) less than a 10 minute walk away, and the proximity is close to everything on the campus and downtown that you'd want to do: on my bike, 10 minutes. In an Uber, no more than $7. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped. The bed was firm. Robin provided a lovely little electric fireplace and extra blankets, both of which were necessary at night. The floor was painted concrete, so there's not much comfy space in the place, but the love seat next to the bed sufficed for a my stay.
The place was nice and quiet and provided us with a lot of privacy while being close to town. However, given how small the space was, it was not worth the price.

Ryan and his wife were friendly kids and respected the house rules, we extended their stay an additional month. However during that time unfortunately they broke a shelf without letting us know, ruined a brand new set of towels (they did replace with smaller lesser quality ones) and left the place without cleaning up after their pet very well.
