The cozy casita offers a spacious studio with a dedicated workspace, bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, powerful A/C, and a private courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Off-street parking is available for two cars and RV/trailer parking on street. We do allow up to 2 pets provided they are not left unattended in the casita or on the patio at any time. The most wonderful Casita, absolutely perfect for our stay. Ideal location, close to many options if that's finding a wonderful place to eat or making a trek to the mountains for daily hikes. Patrick our host was great, very accommodating with easy check-in and check-out. The place was clean, comfy and had all the right things you would need to have a great stay. If I ever make a trip back to Tucson this will be my choice and I will be recommending to all of my friends.

This VRBO listing was exactly as described. Beyond the first few minutes upon arrival, we didn't see the host again during our 4 night stay. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. We love staying at this location. It was secluded and safe; and it was also right in the city. It was very clean and welcoming. I loved the sky lights which provided plenty of natural light inside the home. All the amenities and appliances looked new and worked flawlessly. The bathroom had an amazing shower head with great water pressure. This could definitely be our home away from home every time we visit Tucson!!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! We were only there for the one night, but the ceilings were gorgeous, the bed was extremely comfortable and helped relax my back for the first time in 8 years, the bathroom is adorable and Patrick, you are a wonderful host. Patrick was able to offer us the accommodations we needed to have a comfortable stay and we cannot recommend him and this property enough. For a small space, it is VERY roomy, and the patio area is nice to relax in.
