Welcome VRBO guests to the cozy casita and courtyard. This private oasis is centrally located within 15 minutes of downtown and the Sabino Canyon Recreation area. The cozy casita offers a spacious studio with a dedicated workspace, bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, powerful A/C, and a private courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Off-street parking is available for two cars and RV/trailer parking on street. We do allow up to 2 pets provided they are not left unattended in the casita or on the patio at any time. This place was amazing first it felt like a cottage in the Desert super clean the outside space for my dogs could not be better totally fenced 8 feet high beautiful paver flooring on the patio and once again super clean plenty of space for my dogs to get their exercise and very important guest parking was great. You drive in unload park it in your space super quiet area sensor lights at night very very secured. I felt comfortable. It was a blessing to stay there.

This is a great place for a shorter stay. Kitchen facilities are somewhat limited, but we knew that when we reserved this casita. The host was very friendly and responsive to us. I highly recommend this place.

The most wonderful Casita, absolutely perfect for our stay. Ideal location, close to many options if that's finding a wonderful place to eat or making a trek to the mountains for daily hikes. Patrick our host was great, very accommodating with easy check-in and check-out. The place was clean, comfy and had all the right things you would need to have a great stay. If I ever make a trip back to Tucson this will be my choice and I will be recommending to all of my friends.

We really appreciated our host having the pullout bed already made up and ready for our young nephew when we arrived (as I had told him we’d be coming in late). It was a charming place with a comfortable bed and a roomy shower. A short drive to multiple places to eat.

This VRBO listing was exactly as described. Beyond the first few minutes upon arrival, we didn't see the host again during our 4 night stay. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Off-street parking was appreciated. The unit was bright and cheerful with Southwest decor. It was reasonably clean. We would definitely stay here again!
