Shaded outdoor patio with dining areas & large upper deck to take in the amazing view with loungers for eight. Kitchen equipped with all your cooking needs, Gas stove and oven + full size 2nd electric oven, gas BBQ. Two outdoor gas tables. Pool table/ Ping Pong. Darts, corn whole, Chess boards.
8000sq paved drive way easly fits multiple cars w/ boat trailer.

Six miles from George Amphitheatre and Sageclif Resort, Cave B winery. Great Rock Climbing at the Feathers on Historic R10.
Public boat launch at entrance of Sunland Estates.
