THE PROPERTY

The Main House, “Ellie’s House,” features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, beautiful fireplaces, reclaimed heart-pine floors and gorgeous views of Lake Lanier.

Also included with the main rental is the Treehouse Apartment above the detached garage, providing your group with an additional private sleeping and living space.

Need more room? Two additional accommodations may be available to your group for an additional charge when reserved in advance:

• The Pool House Apartment offers a king bedroom, full kitchen, living area and private bathrooms.

• The Hideaway Apartment provides another private living and sleeping space with kitchen facilities, a double/single bunk arrangement and private bathroom.

The Pool House and Hideaway are NOT included in the base rental rate. Please inquire about availability and pricing before booking.

We never rent separate portions of the estate to unrelated groups at the same time. Your group enjoys the privacy of the property without another rental group sharing the estate.

LAKE & BOATING

The property has a private single-slip dock with an upper deck that's perfect for enjoying the lake views or relaxing in the sun.

Guests bringing their own watercraft should be aware that Lake Lanier water levels and dock depth fluctuate throughout the year. Please check current lake conditions before bringing a boat. One guest boat may be docked in the single slip when water levels and conditions permit.

Boat and watercraft rentals are available from several Lake Lanier marinas, and public boat ramps are located nearby.

One kayak and one canoe are available for guest use. Applicable waivers may be required.

For everyone's safety, jumping or diving from the dock is strictly prohibited. The dock can become slippery when wet, and water shoes are recommended when entering the lake.

GUEST ACCESS & PRIVACY

Your reservation includes the Main House and Treehouse Apartment along with the property's outdoor amenities.

The Pool House Apartment and Hideaway Apartment are optional accommodations available for an additional charge when reserved in advance.

Because this is a large estate, scheduled landscaping, trash service or necessary property maintenance may occasionally occur during a stay. We will provide notice whenever practical.

Only registered guests are permitted unless additional visitors have been approved in advance. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted.

NO PETS are permitted. The home contains reclaimed heart-pine flooring that is particularly susceptible to damage from animal claws.

PROPERTY GUIDELINES

Guest parking is available in the driveways. The garages are not accessible for guest parking.

Please do not move or rearrange furniture. The home's floors can be damaged by moving heavy furniture, and additional charges may apply if furniture must be professionally repositioned or damage occurs.

Please leave the property reasonably tidy at checkout and dispose of opened or perishable food and trash in the designated outside receptacles.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home.

LAKE & DOCK CONDITIONS

Lake Lanier is a natural environment, and water levels, shoreline conditions and dock depth can change throughout the year due to rainfall, weather and lake management. At times, changing water levels may affect portions of the walkway or the ability to accommodate a particular boat.

Water depth at the dock cannot be guaranteed. Guests bringing watercraft are responsible for determining whether current conditions are suitable for their vessel.

Absolutely NO jumping or diving from the dock.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

Exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety and security. Recorded footage may be reviewed when necessary in connection with a safety, security or property-related incident.

CLEANING

This large property is professionally cleaned between reservations. The cleaning fee reflects the cost of the professional turnover required to prepare the estate for incoming guests.

Rates vary by date, season and demand.

Unauthorized guests, pets, prohibited events, property damage or violations of house rules may result in additional charges when permitted under Vrbo policies.

The Pool House Apartment and Hideaway Apartment shown in the listing are optional accommodations and are not included in the base rental unless specifically added to your reservation in advance.
