Very spacious rental. Rooms were very large. Our kids loved the bunk beds. When you sit out on the porch you can hear the river which was very nice and relaxing. Plenty of space for parking, even with our trailer. If you can't go up and down stairs, this is not a good place for you as both entrances required you to go up stairs. We loved it and hope to come back again sometime and stay longer!

Eight of stayed on the property for two nights. I contacted the property owner and they let us check in early, which was great since we were traveling with my 83 year old aunt.The property was the perfect size and allowed us to cook meals and save money. We were close to all the action of Ouray.

Our group stayed here as part of a friends trip to the area. The property is in a great location to enjoy town without having to drive. The condo is a little older in features and furnishings but was comfortable and clean. It worked out very well for our group.

Great location. It's even bigger than it looks in the pictures and the deck is wonderful. There is a nice green space for kids to play below.
