Hot tub was clean and hot enough. Kitchen had most everything we needed. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Host responded quickly. Deer and turkeys everyday! Totally unexpected but we loved seeing them. We would definitely stay here again.
The home accommodated our group and we were happy with the space for our group of 9.

Great house!
We absolutely loved the house and felt like home. We had 7 in our group, had plenty of space to sit. Kitchen was well stocked and great space for cooking. Easy access to South Fork and easy drive to Wolf Creek Ski Resort!
Would definitely stay in this location again. All rooms were very nice. Conveniently located I nice neighborhood. Plenty of wildlife to watch. When we come next time I might have to bring another skillet, as one makes for difficult cooking. Otherwise lovely property. Thanks
Great house with deer and turkey everyday. Close to Wolf Creek and Creede. Only problem was losing said it had came tv and it doesn't do we had to go watch nfl playoffs at a restaurant.

Brandon, thank you for being our guest and sharing your experience! We're pleased you enjoyed our home and that its location served you well. To clarify, our home has two smart TVs, including a flatscreen TV in the living room. Guests are welcome to watch free streaming channels or access any of the channels they subscribe to during their stay. Our home does not have cable, Dish Network or Direct TV listed as an amenity. Please know that our Guest Services team is available 24/7 to assist guests if they have any questions. We enjoyed hosting you and we hope you stay with us again.
We really enjoyed the house! We loved watching the deer and turkeys every morning. Extra perks included lots of extra blankets in every room, a continuous hot water heater, and 3.5 bathrooms. The kids loved the queen bunk beds. Minor things that could be improved on was there was no where to put full trash bags and a few extra hangers would have been helpful. We also had trouble with the light on the stairs, as they didn’t consistently work, very minor issues. Absolutely lovely place! We were really glad we stayed in South Fork over Pagosa for skiing Wolf Creek, it was an easier drive with less traffic.

Nice house
One bedroom on each floor which provides separation, but has some issues with even temp. There’s a heater in the basement to help though. Nice house overall, clean, and ready to go for our check in. Needs a new can opener - not a big deal, just appears to have been broken. Thanks for the stay!!
This was a great property. Plenty of room for our family of three. One thing to note is that there is really only one shower. The other bathroom just has a tub. I think that should be more clearly described. The kitchen was missing a few things needed for cooking like a cutting knife, cutting board and cookie sheets. But overall was a good stay.
We had a good experience at this property, really enjoyed all the space and amenities. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and plenty of room. Upstairs did get a little warm but the house had a lot of fans to help move air around. Water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms was very low but we were told that was normal for area. We loved all the wildlife that we could see from the house including deer and wild turkeys. The back porch seating was a little minimal, maybe the benches were supposed to have cushions but didn’t. It also attracted alot of mosquitoes but that may be unavoidable for the area. Overall we were really pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. Plenty of towels and linens as well. Great location close to town but still tucked up in the trees. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and home
This is our second time staying in this home. Our first trip, I would give 5 stars, our second close to 2/3, BUT I do not fault the owners for this. The house is very comfortable with everything that you need(kitchen could use more utensils/mixing bowls/pans). This most recent stay, the house very dirty(dusty, cobwebs, trash). I think that maybe either it had been a while since it was cleaned or the company just did not do a very good job. I reported the issue and the onsite manager was very quick to respond and easy to work with. We understand things like this happen, which is why we still give them 4 stars. We would stay again.

Nice
The cabin has plenty of room and the kitchen is large enough to accommodate. The deck is also really nice and the hot tub was fabulous and we really enjoyed it. There’s only a couple issues one was the futon that was listed was not in the house and we had to double up in one of the bedrooms and hot water heater gave us some issues. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with the house and the owner needs to address. When staying in the summer time just be aware this cabin will heat up on you. It’s definitely designed for the winter with the glass situated the way it is. We brought a portable air conditioner for the upstairs and made it work. Very clean and it does have an extra fridge and deep freezer so that made it easier for drinks and ice.

Vacation of a lifetime!
This house made our vacation beyond perfect. It is a quick 20 min drive to Wolf Creek and a solid 2 min drive to town. The view from the front and back were so nice to take in and the hot tub was nice to come home to after a long day of skiing. Cannot wait to come back!
The house was perfect!
Location was amazing and the neighborhood was extremely quiet and we had an amazing time.

Not a great cabin for our group
Cabin is not ideal for summer. Seems to be designed for ski vacations. To get air flow, windows need to be opened but there were no screens on main windows and sliding door. There is an issue with bugs coming in and a lack of security. The picture in the listing indicates a small table in the main area which turned out to be a card table that was very wobbly. There was no way to have group eating. Main family area needs improvements as the fan made noises and the rugs are well worn. Lots of TVs though and the couches were nice. Outdoor area could use improvements.
We had a great stay in South Fork. Gorgeous hikes and great fishing all around. The house perfect and had everything we needed. It even had a balcony view of July 4th fireworks!
Wonderful stay! After reading other reviews we brought cutting boards, sheet pans and big pots so that we could prepare food for our group. There is a hot tub but it is not working. It sure would have been a great treat after spending all day on the slopes. Our kids enjoyed sledding right out the back door!

Great family getaway!
This home was perfect for our family of four to enjoy while skiing/riding Wolf Creek. It had just about everything we needed. The deer and wild turkey walking around the yard and neighborhood was exceptional! The jacuzzi tub downstairs was so nice after a day on the mountain. The only negative thing was we couldn't figure out how to work the gas fireplace and there weren't any instructions. I called around dinner time and visited with the maintenance person. He was very nice and agreed to come out in about 30 minutes to get it going for us. I was hoping for a quick over the phone troubleshoot and declined his offer to not interrupt his evening as it wasn't a big deal. We would love to go back!
no sundries available, bring your own...lights out kitchen chandelier, hot tub not operational but could be by design in winter, fireplace didn't work, but had power outage so could be pilot light issue, need utensils: knives, cutting board, cookie sheets...ice should have been removed from upper deck and driveway, guests car slid down into street...keurig great, comfy beds, need scrubber for dishes, need real wine glasses, lighting in 2nd floor master very dark; overall enjoyed the place, especially once we figured out how to use the TV!
Cabin was adequate but could be improved. Overall the cabin was good. We really liked the location and interior layout. Loft bedroom was unusable because it was so hot. Flannel sheets seemed like a cruel joke with temps reaching 90 everyday. Wire hangers are annoying. Kitchen was very adequate but no knives?? I had to cut a pork tenderloin with a butter knife. Laundry facilities were fantastic. Shower drain didn’t drain so we were standing in bath water everyday until I took the drain apart & removed a hairball the size of an orange (you’re welcome). South Fork is a great town & is centrally located for lots of short trip activities. Will come back but probably won’t stay here.
