Holiday house for 4/6 persons with air conditioning and sea view

Very nice house in a private and secured domain, in Agay.
This small house of about 90m² welcomes you in all comfort for a relaxing holiday in a privileged setting.
It consists of two levels: an entrance hall, a bright living room with table and chairs for meals inside. The living room opens on the sea side onto a beautiful terrace in the shade of the awning and the olive tree. There is also a lounge area with a sofa and armchair facing the TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The corridor leads to the two bedrooms, with double beds (160x200). One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace and benefits from the sea view. A shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there is a BZ sofa which offers two additional beds.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace with private swimming-pool (3,50m x 2,50m and 1,20m deep) and sun blinds, various deckchairs and garden furniture for your outdoor meals. A plancha is available.
The sandy beach of Agay (la Baumette) is about 1.2km away, i.e. 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car, as well as various shops in the Bastide shopping centre.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
