Beautiful Townhome in Tulum Pueblo with Pool

The Townhouse/Condo is located just outside the downtown of Tulum Pueblo in a small secure gated community with beautiful grounds and a swimming pool.

It is 2 levels with an open living room, dining room, kitchen and courtyard patio on the first floor and two bedroom Ensuites on the second floor with a balcony in between that faces the jungle. One Ensuite with Queen Bed and single pullout bed underneath and One Ensuite with King Bed and single Pullout underneath.
It is decorated simply in a rustic quint Mexican style and is furnished with everything you may need for your stay here.
Five minutes from lots of shopping and great dining in the pueblo of Tulum and just 10 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the world.
2 bedroom/2.5 bath, sleeps up to 5.
Gourmets kitchen, washer/dryer.
My wonderful hosts manage the unit and live in the 3rd floor apartment above the condo. Always available for any of your questions or needs.

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in this charming Villa, we felt so at home and safe. So close to everything, but yet tucked in the jungle for quiet and privacy! Just lovely can't say or think of anything negative! Plus, the caretakers while we were there we so accommodating, such a sweet young couple, we enjoyed their company. Hope to stay again!

Tulum Oasis

This was such an amazing place to stay! The descriptions were accurate and as usual with these home rentals this beautiful home exceeded our expectations. We loved getting up in the morning and having our coffee on the balcony outside our bedroom facing the jungle! What a treat! January is a great time of year to go to Tulum....the weather was wonderful...did have some rain but that is not typical for this time. Even on the hot days the breezes were so cool and refreshing! The house had everything we could have possibly needed. The patio was so cozy and we sat out there to eat quite often. We rode bikes to the beach so wonderful, walked through town and enjoyed meeting people on the street. We visited Dos Ojos Cenotes...totally recommend. This cenote is perfect for first timers since there is natural light coming in. Such a wonderful experience! Very safe, they do provide little cabins for you to put your belongings and provide the snorkeling equipment. I felt very safe in Tulum and comfortable among the locals. The beaches are so wonderful, there are no peddlers haggling you like in so many other countries... We visited the ruins which are so close by. Don't miss this. We also went to Akumal beach to swim with the turtles! This is a must. The beach is so beautiful and the experience was phenomenal! We ate at many restaurants in town...all wonderful, no bad experiences there. Chenaubri, the grocery is well stocked and we found pretty much anything we needed. Thanks Rachel for a wonderful stay and the awesome treats in our welcome basket! Paulina and Josemar, the caretakers are wonderful and had great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. They also have nice bikes for you to rent, very economical. We had dinner with them on the last night and it was fabulous at a local family owned restaurant on a side street. Best food! They can give you more details on that. We recommended several restaurants in the guest book at the house. You will not want to leave once you experience Tulum and this awesome retreat! It's a nice escape from the crazy tourist jumble of cancun. We most definitely plan on coming back!

Fabulous little piece paradise

Rachel, thank you so much! The place was beautiful, inside and out. It was easy to find but still tucked away in a secluded area just minutes from town. It was late when we arrived and we were tried from traveling so it was a pleasant surprise to see a big bowl of fruit and coffee, we were set for breakfast. The condo was a prefect temperature and we didn’t need to turn on the air conditioner at anytime. The place was clean and Gilberto the property manager was very friendly. My Mom is 79 years old and the place worked for her, she slept on one of the single beds and was very comfortable. I don’t believe a person could ask for more it was paradise. Thank you again.

Couldn't have been better!

On arrival we were greeted by the property management staff who were really nice and left us a bottle of wine and fruit basket as a welcome gift. The property is amazing, even better than the pictures. Very comfortable beds and all amenities we could ask for - ipod dock, tv, coffee machine, air con in each room, big oven, blender. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, and nice bbq outside on the patio. The listing was true to its description. The propoerty was extremely clean and well maintained, as well as the grounds and the pool. Rachel was very helpful in replying to all emails, and gave us really helpful advice on what to do in Tulum. The property is about 15 mins walk in to town on a safe road / half hour cycle to beach or 10mins in a taxi for 50 pesos. Can't recommend this property highly enough, we will be back!

Lots of amor for the villa primer amor!!

From the first peak through the gate we were happy with our choice of home for our twelve day stay in Tulum! We found the townhouse very classy, private and came with a welcoming spread of useful goodies like nice coffee and toys for the beach. The layout of the condo/townhouse is very spacious and each bedroom has it's own ensuite, it was better than the photos online! Tulum beach is gorgeous but it was lovely to have a break from the sand and retreat to our calm home at the end of the day and relax by the pool. We felt safe and serene , I will definitely share this spot with my special friends.

Why they chose this property

I had been vacationing in the Riviera Maya area with my family many times and liked it better than any other place I had ever been all over the world so we decided to invest here in 2005 for our retirement in the hopes that we could live here in the winters one day.
We fell in love with the place and the style of the townhouse and the small gated community here was perfect for our family and our future dreams. There is so much to see and do here in addition to the beautiful warm weather and beaches. And getting better as time goes on. So happy to be here and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Small Safe International Community. We very much like our neighbors and other guests. Every time we come we see people we know and meet new people from all over the world. Always fun and interesting!
