Hurricane Helene left an unprecedented amount of debris, and while cleanup efforts are underway with the US Army Corps of Engineers, the lake will likely remain closed for the 2025 summer season.But while the water may be off-limits, the magic of Lake Lure is still here—breathtaking views, charming restaurants, local vineyards, scenic trails, Rumbling Bald golf courses, and the Tryon Equestrian Center just 25 minutes away. Your time in Western North Carolina will still be unforgettable, filled with new memories while supporting this resilient community. You are app. 30 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and 30 minutes to downtown Hendersonville. Under 30 minutes to the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Plan day trips to Asheville, Black Mtn, Hendersonville or Tryon for boutique shopping and antiquing. You are also app. 30 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and easy access to just about everything in the area.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
