My family I are still waiting for the host to give the information. No room number, no info nothing but the booking was confirmed.We end up having to go to another place after waiting for three hours.

Horrible remove this location from vrbo

The property seems to look great but the property manager and host was not in communication the entire process leading up to our arrival. We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. This is unacceptable and no one should try to make reservations at this property ever!

Weren’t notified our stay was canceled

When we wrote our host to ask for check in instructions at 2:30 (for 4:00 check in that same day) we were informed we couldn’t be hosted due to repairs?? It would’ve been fantastic to have some advanced notice/communication about this so we weren’t surprised and left to find wifi/book a hotel close to the airport. Not quite the high point to end our trip on after a long drive. I couldn’t appropriately rate the location/cleanliness etc so to be fair I gave those 5 stars. She did refund our money quickly, which was appreciated.
