Incredible views with the best location within Aspen Creek, this newly renovated, spacious, 3 bedrooms plus loft, 2 bathroom condo is located very close to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Valentine Reserve, Mammoth Rock and Mammoth Crest from the sunny warm enclosed balcony. The bedrooms also have great views out every window! This unit features new flooring, new kitchen countertops, newer appliances, large dining room area, and spacious living room. There is a mud room off the entry for storing "gear", and a huge loft for game play and extra sleeping space. The fireplace features floor to ceiling stone with a hearth mount fireplace. The covered parking has two assigned spaces. The complex amenities include a jacuzzi, pool, sauna, elevator, and a common area laundry room just a few steps from the unit. Hiking, and biking paths, and the town shuttle system are nearby. Walk directly from this condo to Eagle chair a few steps out the door.

Cozy yet spacious and perfect location!

We loved our stay here and would pick it again for any future ski trips to Mammoth. It’s so close to Eagle and has a great covered parking lot for the two cars we had. It’s also nice to have a hot tub in the building and laundry if you need it.

Beautiful condo, Great Location

My family thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The main living area is bright, spacious, and has beautiful views. Location is short walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Check-in was super easy, and Laurie was very easy to communicate with. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location. Only comment is its 3 bedrooms (vrbo showed 4) with a couple bunk beds in an open loft. Made it a bit hard for kids in bunk beds to fall asleep while adults still talking downstairs. But overall would rent again

Perfect Ski Chalet

Steps from the slopes, views of snow capped mountains, wood burning fireplace… can it get any better? Tons of space and great layout with micron for boots and ski stuff. Kids loved the upstairs loft with bunkbeds and adults loved the downstairs privacy, and everyone loved the cozy couch and blankets to curl up for some apres ski board games. Oh, and the jacuzzi and spa are just steps from the front door and well maintained and family friendly!

Beautiful and clean

Stayed with a family of 8 and we all loved it. It was one of the cleanest places we stayed. We brought a 11 month old and felt comfortable having her crawl around. Had one minor issue that was taken care of within a few hours. There's a lovely path next to the condo you can walk.

Spring Break & Snowboarding

This was the perfect location & stay for bringing my 13 year old son and 5 of his friends. Two boys to a room and just steps to the chairlift. The huge dining table was perfect for dinners. There’s a mud room right as you come in the condo that made it easy to keep all the snow gear organized & out of the main living area. The high ceiling made it feel very spacious & the sunroom had a great view for morning coffee. Our contact person was especially quick to answer any questions and could not have been nicer. Beautifully decorated. Very convenient.

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. We happened to arrive just a few hours before a two-day blizzard, and our host graciously allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated.The condo was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed. While we had planned to ski, the mountain ended up closing the next day due to the storm. Even so, the space was comfortable and roomy enough for our family of four to relax, unwind, and enjoy our time together. The location is ideal — an easy walk to the Eagle lift — and even in deep snow, our six-year-old daughter was able to make the walk.We especially loved the wood-burning fireplace, which kept the main living area warm and wonderfully cozy during the storm.We would absolutely love to return for another visit

It was an overall great stay! It was beyond perfect from the amenities, complete kitchen with appliances, garage parking, and plethora of space within the loft. 10 adults had plenty of room to spread and be more than comfortable. It was convenient that it was a 5 min walk to Eagle Lodge. Really appreciated that we were able to check in an hour early and settle in after hitting the slopes earlier that day.

Wonderful Accommodations

Great place to stay in the Mammoth Lakes region! We are a family of 5 adults. We were all quite comfortable in our King or Queen size beds. Beautiful views. Relaxing layout. The day before we were supposed to leave we got a flat. I wasn't able to make an appoinment to fix it til the following morning. Our host, Laura, was very understanding and extremely accommodating. (And if that should happen to you, Jose at JR Tire is a gem.) What could have been a trying experience ended up being quite the opposite because of Laura (and Jose). Highly recommend!

Gorgeous views, fantastic stay

We loved waking up to the view of the mountains! The porch windows can be closed, or wide open when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable, kitchen nicely stocked, cozy couch, clean condo. Beautiful walking path right behind the property, short drive to mammoth mountain, the village, and Lake Mary area activities. Big mudroom when you walk in, laundry on the floor just outside the condo, hot tub in the building. Be aware the upstairs bath/shower has a big step down and may be hard for little kids/older folks. Overall an incredible place to stay for our family!

No need to fight for parking when you book here. Store your skiis/snowboard in the mudroom, take the elevator down to the parking garage, and walk 3-4 min to chair 15. You can skii right back to our complex.
