Brand new home built in 2020 on 11 private acres. Enjoy both the view and slow down the time by spending it with those you love on 100 acre lake. Private dock to fish, kayak or paddle boat from or just relax. Also amazing panoramic view of this lake both from the dock and even better from the house. Relax in hot tub at night. Bring the kids to enjoy the treehouse with a deck, tv, ac, bunkbeds, and ceiling fan and fridge. This 5 bedroom home has all the amenities you could need for a long private getaway. Only mins from Dry Ridge with Starbucks and plenty other restaurants. 10min away from Lake Williamstown and big attraction.. The Ark. 30 Minutes from Florence, KY and 45min away from Cincinnati.

During check-in or at any point during the stay if the number of people exceed the number of people during check in or what was communicated as total stay, the reservation will be immediately cancelled at the renters expense. If you intent is to have a party or invite more people and sneak them in, I would suggest to continue to keep looking for other rentals!

Wow, where do I start. The views, house, private dock, best fishing lake in KY, enjoy a 100 acre lake like its your own. Secluded on 11 acres, dream treehouse that's a house, come out and spend time with those you love. Only mins away from Dry Ridge, Florence and Cincinnati. The Ark is right down the road.
