About this property

Located above the Redstone Shopping Center, this updated two bedroom condo provides walking access to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, bus stop, massage, ski & bike rentals, fitness centers, and more.

Inside the home, you will find the living space and kitchen featuring a gas fireplace, 75" 4k Smart TV with Youtube TV, Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, Sonos sound system, RH Cloud Couch, and fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances in 2021. Gas stove with new range hood installed 2022. Propane grill on deck. Kitchen is stocked with Coffee Maker, Blender, Crockpot, Stand-up Mixer, Waffle Maker, Soda Stream, Toaster Oven, Electric Kettle, fridge with dual ice maker, as well as general seasonings/condiments.

The Master Bedroom has a Cali-King Tempurpedic Mattress, 55" 4k TV with Apple TV, Sonos soundbar, reading chair, work desk, 28" 4k monitor, printer, and its own bathroom.

The Bunkroom is a Queen/Twin with a 43" 4k Smart TV and reading chair. Bathroom is located outside the bedroom for bunk room and living space access.

You'll also have access to the two car garage (max vehicle length 19'4" to close garage door) to park, store your skis/bikes. Bike and hike trail access right from the neighborhood.

Outstanding Place, great location!

The apartment is in perfect condition with all kind of amenities, including a modern Sonos sound system. Location is also great with many restaurants, stores and supermarket within walking distance. It’s is recomendable to have a car to drive to Canyons or PCM.

Great little place

Great property. Extremely well stocked. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to everything in Redstone Host was super communicative

Great spot just minutes away from Park City lifts!

Lovely condo giving us access to Park City skiing. Great for small groups! Fully appointed kitchen and baths. MJ was great! check-in was a breeze and communication when we had a question was quick and helpful. Close to grocery, restaurants, and other shops. Only minor complaint was that it was a bit loud once or twice at night as people left restaurants and food delivery occurred early in the day. However, We will definitely keep this spot on our short list!

Park City Ski Vacation

The property was incredibly clean, well-stocked, comfortable and spacious. MJ is a responsive, professional, and wonderful host. The location is fabulous- walking distance to many restaurants and shops - and the two car garage provided ample space for our vehicle and ski gear. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to a return visit.

I am a local resident of Park City, having grown up since 5th grade. I grew up skiing, playing soccer, and many more outdoor activities. I am currently a full time property manager, but used to run a non-profit youth cycling organization, ski coached, and graduated from Westminster College.

This fox point home is my home, and as such keep making updates so is special to me and guest who stay.
