Great Week in Park City

Perfect place for 2 couples. Plenty of privacy. Close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are quite comfy. We would stay here again!

Such an amazing place near Park City! It was perfect for our ski vacation - very close to Park City and easy drive to Deer Valley. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 10 min walking distance. Two nice cafes/bakeries just a few steps down.Apartment itself is great, and very well equipped kitchen. Garage was a nice plus.Communication was proactive and helpful.All around 5 stars.

Terrific Stay

This property is in a great location. Easy access to all ski areas and many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The Property is very comfortable and well maintained. The owners are very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

This is in a great location above really great restaurants and shopping. Quiet, beautiful view of wetlands, a really nice gym nearby and easy access to skiing without being in the fray of Park City proper. Plus 2 king size beds so we were all comfortable.

This was our third visit to this property and it is always a perfect stay. New Park is one of our favorite locations in Park City, and this townhouse in a gated community is the best spot to be. Beautiful views of the Swaner Reserve and the Park City mountainscape. Kathy is a gem of a host. The townhouse is always spotless and well stocked. We will be back for a fourth stay for sure!

Lacrosse in utah

We had a lovely time, condo was in great spot to access our tournament in heber city. We loved the area, hot air balloons viewed from our balcony was very cool.

Awesome location

Great location Our son loved riding his bike on the path behind our unit, and walking with his Dad to a pasture with horses. Just meeting people along the way. Grabbing breakfast and ice cream just a short walk away.

Park City Quality Find

My family and I just had wonderful break in this well appointed two bedroom apartment. I cannot fault the apartment or the location, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Also it is only a 10 minute drive to Canyons Ski Resort. We are all looking forward to staying in this gorgeous apartment again.

Great Place In Kimball Junction

Very nice unit. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Perfect if you don't want to stay in PC. Canyons and PC are a short drive. During the week ski parking is no problem.

We had an extended stay while our Park City house was being remodeled. Loved being walking distance to restaurants, grocery, smoothie store, bike paths, Swaner Nature Preserve, movie theater, free concerts on the lawn by Maxwell's, etc. Very nice unit and super responsive owner. Highly recommend!

This unit is upstairs of the retail below. This particular unit has an unobstructed view over Swaner Preserve, which we highly valued. While it is somewhat difficult to find, initially, we came to value the location due to its privacy and ease of navigating around Newpark and Keystone. We loved being able to leave the doors and windows open during the days and evenings. While you hear traffic, it becomes “white noise” and after a while you don’t even notice it. The hosts have a very well stocked kitchen which was very thoughtful. The rooms are small and there are no other sitting areas (other than the patios) besides the family area. Because we were in residence for 6 weeks, we would have liked a chair in the downstairs bedroom. Outdoor grill was a bonus. Hosts were a joy to communicate with and very timely in response. We would consider staying here again!

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am so glad you appreciated the location as much as we do. The walkability is unparalleled. The GPS can be tricky with directions, so we offer step by step instructions in our welcome letter to alleviate any trouble finding us, but would agree the privacy is worth the extra steps. We find that most of our guests prefer the king size beds for a good night sleep, over more seating within the bedrooms. We did, however, take your advise and add a beautiful leather recliner in the master suite as the space allowed the addition. Look forward to hosting you again, in the future to earn that 5th star!

Perfect in Park City

We have been taking summer vacations in Park City for 16 years. This NewPark home is now one of our favorites. Perfectly clean, easy check in, and very comfortable. The decor, art work, and furnishings all add to the home’s ambiance. However, the best feature is the two decks. Beautiful views for morning breakfast and evening desserts. Booking with Kathy was a breeze, and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Townhome in Park City

We will be back! The views were fantastic, the location couldn't have been better and the host was very responsive and quick to offer up recommendations for our visit. We have stayed in this complex before, but the personal touches that the host provided was a notable difference from when we dealt with a large management company. From the ease of check in, to the basket of treats, to the very well stocked kitchen, we couldn't have asked for more. Until next year!!

Ideal location!

The location is unbeatable. We’ve stayed at the resorts in prior years but this was better! It is walking distance or a 2 minute drive to everything you could want during a week’s stay! Very diverse and excellent restaurants, shopping, liquor store and much more. It’s about 5 miles from the closest resort. The unit itself is very well equipped and furnished. I especially like the 2 master bedrooms on 2 separate floors. The preserve in the back made for nice sunrise views in the morning! All was great!!!

Really enjoyed our Stay but wish owner had disclosed heat issue downstairs

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Good location for dining at end of day. During Presidents' Week, travel up to Park City was more time consuming than initially contemplated as midweek crowds exceeded expectations with all the great snow. Only caveat is that owner should disclose heating problem in downstairs bedroom in property descriiption.

All units in the Park Terrace complex tend to have the down stairs slightly cooler than the upstairs, which we do address in our welcome letter. Location is ideal and view from balcony is excellent. Master bedroom on lower floor is not ideal. Balconies really not ready for prime time. Garage not suitable for large vehicles (Suburban) Nice amenities and as advertised. Location and view are selling points.

Hi Mark, We love the view too! It's hard to beat. People seem to love the separation of the two master style suites on different floors for privacy, sorry it wasn't ideal for you. The garage is suitable for most vehicles, BUT we also provide a parking pass for all of our guests if they are not comfortable pulling an oversized vehicle into the garage space. It is included in the complementary snack/goodie basket we gift all of our guests. Sorry you didn't see it!

Can't wait to come back

I stayed there with my fiance and our best friends who are also a couple for a ski trip. The property was literally perfect. It was so clean and updated. The beds were super comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with all of the right utensils and cooking ware. The location was PERFECT. It's right in the back of a very cute shopping center with a ton of restaurants, shops and fitness centers like Orange Theory, F45, etc. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Also, there is a free shuttle bus that picks you up near the house and takes you to Park City which is convenient. Can't say enough good things about our stay and experience, Cannot wait to come visit again!
