Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your visit! We regret that the bed was not suitable for your party and appreciate this feedback as an area to improve upon in the future. We hope to host you again soon!
Easy access to Park City and Deer Valley (5-10 minutes). Great hot tub on the 4th floor Lots of dining options close by. Listing has pullout bed in second bedroom, but it is in the family room. Garage has ski/ board racks for easy drying after spending day on the mountain
This condo was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for our daughter's lacrosse tournament. She only had 2 games per day, so we had lots of time to explore the area and see the sights. Everything was an easy drive from the condo. There are great walking/running trails right out the front door, lots of restaurants and a huge grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked with dining and cookware and it is a decent size to cook meals with more than one person working. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The management company is very quick to respond and very helpful. One thing to note that the listing doesn't mention, this is not a place for people with mobility issues. There are 16 stairs to the main living area (living room/dining, kitchen and 3/4 bath) from the front door. Another 16 stairs to the bedrooms (both king beds), each with their own bathroom. And then another 16 stairs to the roof where the hot tub and chaise lounges are. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garage you can pull into as well as a driveway to park in.

Dryer not working, not cleaned on arrival
Dryer never worked and not fixed despite complaints over a week. No explanation as to why not.
Also not cleaned on arrival after last guests (annoying) but they reacted and cleaned it before bedtime which was appreciated

Hi, Jennifer! We appreciate you staying with us and apologize housekeeping was delayed due to heavy snow storms in the area. It is our hope that the compensation provided helps make up for that. A vendor had to be called in to fix the dryer, and we were at the mercy of their schedule. Please accept our apologies for not communicating this to you. Hopefully we can better impress you next time.

Great location, must love dogs
Our family stayed here for a ski trip at the end of January. The location is great - quick drive to the mountain, easy walk to great restaurants and shops.
This house had nice amenities including memory foam mattresses and heated toilet seats (yes! heated toilet seats ; ). Just the basics for cooking, but enough.
Our only (and biggest) issue was with the pet hair. This property is listed as "no pets", but the pet hair was all over the couch, stairs and some of the floors. This was a bit of a challenge as I am allergic to cats and dogs, so it made for a sneezy stay. I thought maybe a last renter brought a pet (when they weren't supposed to) but the door mat outside says "love is all you need" and the "o" in love is a paw print. Hmmm.
It's a great property if you don't have allergies.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Air conditioning did not work, dishwasher was full of calcium and did not clean the dishes well, dishes in the unit were mostly dirty and had to be hand washed prior to using, water pressure was very low, bidets were a nice thought but the water pressure was too low for them to work, toaster oven was dirty which resulted in a lot of black smoke so we couldn’t use it. Unit was clean but maintenance is lacking.

Very nice place to stay.
We liked it very much. The only draw back was the stair climbing. One up to the living/kitchen area, another up to the bedrooms and another up to the view deck.
The place was spotless and it was easy to keep that way. "No shoes" policy helped a lot.
Very convenient to lots of restaurants and and fast food if one wants.
Convenient also to Wasatch Mtn. Golf and Soldier Hollow Golf.
Excellent location with shopping, restaurant’s and super easy to find

Great Condo in a Neighborhood with All the Amenities
This is a newer condo with convenient access to everything -- hiking/biking trails at the corner, 1 block from gym/fitness, restaurants, movies, shopping, lake activities at the nearby Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Creek Reservoir, and a short drive to hike (summer) or ski (winter) at Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain.

Great place to stay
This was an excellent place to stay for our summer weekend trip! The home was beautiful and clean. Looked just like the pictures! We loved the hot tub, and used it nearly every night. The location was really convenient for us and ended up being right next to everything we wanted to do! I would highly recommend this home.
Great place, thinking about booking it again next year
Great location! Close to slopes but also stores, restaurants, etc.
Place was as advertised, large, and layout provided privacy if desired.
Really enjoyed hot tub.
If we go back to Park City next year we will book this again.

Really Clean and Great Location with Garage and Hot Tub
The home was really clean and in a great location. The entire family loved the bidet and warm toilet seats (thinking about getting these in our own home now) along with the hot tub after a long day of skiing! We had a few maintenance issues and the management team was very quick to take care of them! The only reasons I didn’t give this 5 stars is the fact that it has a lot of steps (4 separate floors including the upper deck where the hot tub is) and the family room is very small so hard to watch a movie with the family. Really wish a garage door opener was included as it was a little painful getting out of the car to open and close the door!

Nice place
Came here for my anniversary and it was great! Amazing view from the hot tub and very reasonably priced for what you get. I'll be back for sure!
The property is as listed. It's a pretty basic condo that was clean, had comfortable beds and a nice rooftop hot tub (2-person) which we enjoyed. The bidet toilet seat add-ons were a bit strange and awkward (they slope downward and interfere with the toilet paper rolls). It was really nice to have a garage for bike storage and a washer/dryer. The location in Kimball J cannot be beaten. You can walk to several restaurants and grocery stores, etc.
