Long Term Living:
If you're planning on staying longer, we offer competitive pricing starting at $2,200/month for furnished rentals of 2+ months. For reservations between 30 days and 6 months, a refundable security deposit of $500 is required, while a deposit of $1,000 applies to stays over 6 months.
