The deposit is refunded in-full within 15 days of the end of the lease if Guest has left home undamaged and in acceptable condition.

Our cleaning teams do EXCELLENT (!) work in turning homes over in amazingly clean condition. However should there be trace evidence of pet hair that was inadvertently missed by our crews that could negatively affect future guests, we sincerely apologize. However, it shall not be grounds for cancellation with refund.
