5 minute drive from Churchill Downs, Its the perfect place to call home for a few days. Carriage House is the privacy and luxury combined you've been looking for. 1800 square foot multi level carriage house sleeps 4 very comfortably. and can accommodate 6. 2 Bedrooms, one king bed and one queen bed, both with ensuite bathrooms, and half bath in common area, there is room to spread out. First bedroom has a king sized bed, with a loft. The ensuite bath has a 14 foot tall duel shower with skylights, custom mirrors and finishes. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, comfortable bedding and origional art. This ensuite offers a spa soaking tub, double vanity and with an additional custom circular shower. Granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances including ice maker and microwave. Skylights thru out, a sizable deck directly off of the kitchen, vIntage record player with records, remote control fire place, free local cable/wifi and local original art thru out and more await you here! Our main purpose to provide a safe, clean and enjoyable place for you to want to come back to. Please email with any questions you may have. More pictures to come! We welcome you to Louisville!

Great for Adults

This property is great for younger adults....only, due to the staircases. Chris was very good with communication. Parking is only available on a busy street. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

If you don’t know what to look for it’s kinda confusing to find. But Chris was easy to get ahold of and explained it to us very well. Great experience and would definitely stay again.

Here for a conference, felt like vacation!

This property was awesome. Super clean and unique in that it is a renovated carriage house in an area of Victorian houses. Comfortable beds and living areas. Plenty of room for four adults and we would definitely stay again if we are back in the area. Owner was great at communicating with us. Very Happy!

This property was very cute. We came in at night, it is difficult to discern the beautiful historic houses from one another. Our host did a wonderful job of giving us specific details and markers to help us. It was a little dark leading through the back of the property to the carriage house. Door sticks a bit with the lock, but we do it. Christopher was prompt in helping us! The property is cute! I love the historic aspect of this carriage house! It’s close to downtown via Uber, great priced fares.

Christopher's place was great. Just as advertised. This was a quick trip for us and we did not spend much time in the carriage house, but we enjoyed a good night's sleep. I will be looking up his place again for future trips.

Stunning property.

Beautifully remodeled carriage house. Host was responsive, convenient location, rental was spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are gorgeous. There are stairs, so if mobility issues are a concern take the into consideration. I would absolutely recommend this home to a friend.

We loved the place. Very clean and very unique! Loved the layout, not ideal for older people with knee problems due to the stairs but we loved it and good communication with the host!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Family after covid

We got together with our family from CT, THEY met us in Louisville, KY. We made all the arrangements for lodging. VRBO was the way to go,........we had an awesome experience in the downtown Louisville area. We were behind the main road in a quiet chateau. Our family loved the down stairs and we loved the upstairs. I highly recommend this property you will not be disappointed.
