This turn of the century home, built in 1895, has skillfully been converted and restored to specifically to serve Stephenville in Hospitality. A private parking lot is located on the South side of property off of Ollie St, a nice fenced in yard, courtyard, wrap around porch, close to Historic Downtown, 1/2 block from Tarleton State University's' East side campus.
