We were in Hill City to run the Crazy Horse half marathon. Mountain Peaks was a great location for visiting the nearby National Parks and Custer State Park. It is also adjacent to the Mickelson Trail which was perfect for a hike or a bike ride. The room was clean and Lisa was very informative about places to eat in Hill City. We had a great visit and hope to come back again soon !

We so enjoyed our stay here! This room was the perfect combo of hotel and cabin. Not only was it cozy and decorated super cute, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. You could easily walk to any of the Hill City businesses from your room, and the coffee shop on site was an added bonus!

Really nice place. Very convenient location to downtown Hill City and many of the Black Hills attractions. The suite is clean, well maintained, and really cute. I’m kind of a coffee snob so having a full sized, drip coffee machine was a bonus. Of course, there’s a great coffee shop right outside the door. Communication with the owner was very easy. We would highly recommend the property and will likely be back.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Vrbo property! From the start, the host was fantastic—providing clear, prompt communication well before our arrival, which made checking in a breeze.The space itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quaintly decorated! The location couldn't be better. It is situated right near town, putting us within easy walking distance of the train station, local shops, and wonderful restaurants. We loved being able to leave the car parked and explore everything on foot. This location is central to many of the local attractions.
