Experience the quintessential Southampton lifestyle in this 3,200 sq. ft. architectural gem. Tucked away at the end of a long, private drive on a lush acre of land, this estate combines traditional shingle-style charm with a brand-new, “modern-fresh-fun” interior.

• The Living Space: An airy, open-concept first floor designed for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying an al fresco dinner poolside, relaxing in the “his and hers” twin living rooms or enjoying morning coffee overlooking hydrangeas on the shaded front porch, there is space for everyone to find their zen.

• The Chef's Kitchen: Is well appointed (containing a six burner Gas Range), with professional appliances and a full range of cooking tools and table ware. The glass doors from the chef's kitchen extends to outdoor dining (seating for 10) on the deck overlooking the pool. Fire up the gas BBQ while your guests enjoy a dip in the pool.

• Suite Privacy: Ideal for extended families, all four bedrooms are located on the second floor with dramatic vaulted ceilings. Two primary suites include ensuite bathrooms with showers and soaking tubs. Each of the four bedrooms can have a dedicated full bathrooms for easy, relaxed transitions from beach to evenings.

• Beach Ready: We’ve handled the heavy lifting—beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and beach maps are all provided for your days by the shore.

Central air conditioning keeps the home at your preferred temperature - with separate central air units and controls for each floor.

The beach house is located in the Town of Southampton, Village of East Quogue. A few minutes to downtown Westhampton, Dune Road, and Southampton with access to exceptional summer restaurants, shops, and farmers markets. A stay at this beach house enables you to access to the world renowned Dune Road beaches for long summer days at the shore. Hampton Jitney stop within 2 miles.

this house was just perfect for our family getaway. It has plenty of room a beautiful kitchen and a nice pool to come to after the beach. Location is also really good - driving distance to Southampton and all the beaches within 10 to 20 minutes. All the bedrooms are on the second floor which made it nice to disconnect if you wanted to sleep in a little while the family was downstairs playing.

The Perfect Hamptons Stay!

My friends and family had an amazing stay at this house! Upon entry, it was cleaned to perfection super easy to check in and very clear and concise instructions from Lisa. She provided us with amazing recommendations for meals and activities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house is the perfect size for quality time and bonding but also provided everyone their own space. Will Definitely return!

Beautiful property on a cul de sac in the Hamptons. Large pool and quiet backyard providing opportunity to spend time with family. Lovely renovations with new common area furnishings. Lisa could not have been more responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic property and stay

Great house, great outdoor Space and great pool! The house had plenty of bathrooms, large bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were a very nice touch. The backyard was well maintained and secluded with a beautiful pool. The deck was spacious and very nice with integrated speakers and nice patio furniture. Overall extremely great stay would love to come here again!!! Thank you Lisa!

Spacious Home w/large deck!

This home is amazing if you are a decent sized group. The deck is huge, the pool is perfect. There are not only 4 bdrms but basically 2 living rooms with their own tv and cozy couches. If you want to be around this neighborhood and are 6-8 people this is the place!

Awesome MDW stay at this home. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. House fit 8 comfortably with enough living and dining for all to enjoy. Backyard, deck, and pool make this house! Lisa was a great communicator! Highly recommend!
