Modern 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath home in East Quogue available for 2024!

The idyllic setting of this spectacular, stately home in the picturesque village of E. Quogue makes it perfect for weddings, family reunion, corporate events or just a tranquil retreat far from the crowds.

The property is situated on one beautiful acre that is perfect for afternoon strolls and within easy access of all the amenities offered by the Hamptons including beaches, golf courses, restaurants and nightlife.

At the end of the day, a warm pool/sauna awaits in the sprawling yard. Ideally located just a short drive to the charming main street of the village and several beaches.

Seven bedrooms -- five of which are each furnished in chic style with its own bath. An hour and a half drive from Manhattan. Five min to train station.

(1) 8 adult bikes in the garage (5f, 3 m),
(2) poker table w vegas ($) style chips,
(3) foosball.
(4) Two outdoor heated spas/hot tubs (5/1 - Oct 10)
(5) just 1 outdoor heated spa/tub in winter (Oct-April)
(6) heated IG pool (heat costs extra in May, June and Sept. Inquire about details).

(8) Fully stocked kitchen (we will accommodate anything you might need in kitchen that we don't have so ask us in advance if you have any special requests).

Great house for large groups

We had 12 people ranging from one year to 75 years old and the house was perfect. Lots of bedrooms, tons of towels, two grills, two hot tubs and warm swimming pool. Matteo was wonderfully responsive! We had a fabulous family vacation!

Post holiday family gathering

Matteo was great to deal with property could usa a little tlc kitchen had everything you could need and we had a blast playing Foosball and poker great location took a ride to dune rd. For some oysters and clams about a 10 minute ride overall we totally enjoyed ourselves

Aside from the house itself being absolutely beautiful, extremely spacious, and super neat (the pictures don't begin to cover it), Matteo was extremely helpful, lenient, and easy to work with in every and any situation. Great home for extended family

Our extended family had a wonderful time at this home. It was especially great to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms - made it very comfortable to be together and to have privacy. Matteo was very responsive . Only negatives was that some items were not available - the 2nd hot tub was not working. The pool was terrific but the waterfall was not really available.

Great family retreat

15 of us stayed here for a week over July 16th. The house was very accommodating for our family. There was plenty of room for our six vehicles in the driveway, we did have to do some shuffling of the cars. The host, Matteo the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The picture of the front property should be updated to reflect the current condition. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Hampton’s Reunion

Pluses: Space was perfect. Loved having 2 grills. Minuses: Master bath shower soap holder was so rusty I had rust all over my soap and body. Ants in the master bathroom No lighting over makeup section in master bathroom defeats the purpose No knowledge of what was there vs what we had to buy - like laundry detergent, etc. which for a weekend created extra trips to the grocery store. Everyone was happy being together and it served its purpose.

Best host ever!

Matteo was an amazing host making sure that we had everything we needed. The house is perfect for a large gathering with plenty of room for all the guests. We were 11 senior citizens that shared all the bedrooms. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy each other’s company. If I could make one observation to help improve the listing, it would be that it could use a little TLC. It would need just a little to make it perfect

This house was perfect for a group of 9. Matteo made the experience that more enjoyable. I texted him several times prior to our stay and he helped out in every situation. House had everything we needed and a quick car ride to everything we needed.

Very Enjoyable time

The house is extremely large and has good flow. We had 4 couples and one solo adult. Everyone had their own private bathroom in their room which is a great plus. The living area was great for eating, playing games, and conversation. The kitchen was large enough to have several people in the same area. We used both refrigerators. The gaming rooms including the pool table was put to good use. The outdoor pool is fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the pool. There are two hot tubs and two BBQs. Outdoor seating and eating area was large enough for our group. We went bike riding around the neighborhood. Overall great experience. The house could use a little TLC. Matteo the property manager was very responsive.

Family Reunion

We had a family memorial weekend at this location and it exceeded my expectations. The location was amazing. The photos do not fully represent how beautiful and large this home truly is. Do not hesitate to rent this home. The manager Mateo is extremely helpful and very easy to get in touch with. The pool, hot tub and entire back deck was just a great atmosphere. Highly recommend

The property had a lot of nice features. It’s very spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool and deck area also very nice. House was comfortable, but definitely needed TLC and some improvements.
