First floor:
- 39sqm Kitchen and living room (WIFI, fireplace, oven, micro-wave,
induction hotplates x4, dishwasher, refrigerator, stone grill, rowenta coffee machin,
kettle, toaster), open to the terrace North-West facing,
- Separated toilet,
- 25 sqm terrace facing North-West with garden furniture.

Mezzanine
- Bedroom n°2 of 19.5sqm including 6sqm under 1.8m with three single bed
(3x80cm- duvet) and a 3.5sqm bathroom (bath, WC, sink, heated tower rail),
- Bedroom n°3 of 10.5sqm including 2.5 sqm under 1.8m with two single bed
(2x80cm- duvet) and a 4sqm bathroom (shower, WC, sink, heated tower rail).
