Our in April 2014, completed semi-detached house offers you a relaxing holiday in an attractive and stylish atmosphere. The holiday house is located in a quiet side street, 3 minutes from the center and beach; it is very modern and well equipped and is therefore the highest demands. The house has been classified by the DTV with 5 stars.

On the ground floor is the spacious, light-filled living room with dining area for 6 people and a cozy sitting area, consisting of 2 sofas with ottoman and a fireplace for cozy evenings. For entertainment, flat screen TV stand 55 inches, BlueRay player and free Wi-Fi is available. There is a modern fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and makes you want to preparing culinary delights. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with shower and a utility room with washer and dryer. The use of washing machine and dryer is free.

The first Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and access to the sauna (against payment / coin possible). The first Bedroom is 1.80 x 2.00 and single mattresses with a high quality box spring, size 3 with hardness and a large built-in wardrobe and TV 42 inches. A safety deposit box for accommodating your valuables is available.

The second Bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed in the size 1.60 x 2.00 and mattresses with hardness 2, wardrobe and TV 40 inches. Another bedroom with 2 single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 inches and TV 40 is in the attic.

The outgoing from the living south terrace offers 6 chairs, table and umbrella. A charcoal grill is also available. 2 parking spaces at the house and a lockable shed belong to the house. During the period from 01. 06. 2018 to 31. 08. 2018 you can use for free a beach chair not far from the pier (walking distance 3 minutes from the house).
