We loved this place! The beds were really good, everything in the kitchen is labeled so you can find what you need quickly, plenty of room for all of us. Owner was always quick to respond to questions and we had everything we needed supplied by them. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this property!
We had a great time every one enjoyed their stay the kids wanted to spend most of the time at the house very nice stay and we would definitely get this house again
The house was perfect and essential has everything you need. I reached out a few times and got a quick response from the owners and the whole place was a beautiful and everyone that was with us couldn’t stop talking about how great it was. We cannot wait to book another stay. If you’re looking for somewhere in flagstaff I highly recommend.
The house matched the pictures. The location was serene, neighbors were friendly. All of the amenities provided by the host went above and beyond. The backyard was our own personal retreat. Family of 11 ranging from age 4-73 and we all had the space we needed to be comfortable but plenty of space to gather together.

Great house
The house was great. Very clean and had all the amenities. One thing to watch out for is if you book on the VRBO app the location pin has this house on the green of hole 15. This is not the case. The home is a few streets from the course.
Nice sized house for adults and kids. Good location in Continental. Wildlife outside with a nice back yard hangout space. Only issue we had was not having enough comfortable places to all sit in the living room. This house would benefit from a large L couch or something comparable for everyone to relax in one place while inside.
very quiet neighborhood with scenic views. the local deer roam about. It’s about an hour drive to sedona but that just allows more time to take in the beauty. A little bit cooler in Flagstaff but not at all disappointed. it was restful and there was a multitude of hiking spots. This spacious house was nice because the lower level had its own kitchenette and table/living area. very good communication.
We took our family in a long weekend trip to Flagstaff. This house was perfect for our 4 grown adult children plus spouses and grandkids. There was ample room for everyone to be comfortable. The neighborhood was very safe but didn’t feel congested at all since the house were spread out. We loved being able to sled down the hill right outside. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware to feed our large group. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family to make memories together.
What an experience! This home is the true dream property for a family with multiple generations staying together. We had a young family of four ( 2 and 4 year olds) plus grandma upstairs and the other adults (aunts, uncles aka brothers and sister to the family of four) downstairs, which made bedtime for kids turnkey but also fun adult play time with cards, movies, snacks and even wine tasting thanks to second kitchen. Elk were wondering around like a movie. The ample outdoor toys were perfect for all ages.

Lots of space and great information
Our family enjoyed a long weekend here in August. Plenty of room and large beds for all, plus many extra touches and kitchen supplies helped us feel right at home. The thorough labeling of drawers, cabinets, and switches made it easy to use all the amenities. Location was convenient and scenic and we enjoyed the trampoline and outdoor space. Our check in was stressful and disappointing as we were not sent a door code by 4pm as promised, and we spent 30 minutes waiting while frozen groceries melted, those who needed wifi to sign on to work meetings could not, while we repeatedly tried every contact option with the owner and VRBO with no response. Several other challenges followed, which made the first day of our trip pretty crummy. Beyond that it was a nice weekend in the pines.
We stayed this summer with 3 families, children ranged from 7-16 and everyone had a wonderful time. The layout is such that everyone can be as together as they'd like to be but also can "get away" if they need a break. Perfect for larger groups.
The house was overall well stocked with kitchen ware, towels, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was relaxing and well furnished. Lots of dining seating inside and out for larger groups and space outside for games, etc. The smaller kiddos loved the trampoline and bocce ball was lots of fun!
Location was great for access to all sorts of things, we did the Flagstaff Extreme (actually don't recommend - and we're an adventurous bunch), Bearizona (highly recommend!) and Williams, and hiked the Lava caves (also highly recommend).
The owner/manager was quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful! All in all we had a lovely stay and would absolutely book again!
We booked this property as a Thanksgiving getaway and to take our children to see Santa. There was plenty of space for 5 Adults and 4 young children. I was worried about not having enough kitchen gadgets to work with to prepare Thanksgiving dinner but was pleasantly relieved. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with cast iron, crock /insta pots, toaster ovens and plenty of serveware in both the lower and upper kitchens. Everything is also labelled, so it was easy to maneuver the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable, it was difficult to get out of them in the morning. Being curled next to my love by the fireplace with a cup of coffee while watching a holiday movie with my kids was blissfully serene. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and will be coming back again.
The *only* con to this property was that I forgot a hairdryer and couldn't find one inside. The home was completely stocked, so it took me by surprise that there wasn't one for how cold the climate is, so be sure to pack one!

Thanks for the nice review. After your stay, we inspected the home and noted that the hairdryers were located in their usual place, one in a master bathroom drawer upstairs and one in a bathroom drawer downstairs. We want our guests to have a great experience. For all guests, we encourage you to communicate with us at any time; please report any problems or needs as soon as possible, so we can remedy it as best we can. Thank you.
Excelentes anfitriones, la casa hermosa, impecable y con todo para una estancia cómoda.
Disfrutamos mucho
Sin duda nos volveremos a hospedar
Muchas gracias !!
This property was perfect for our group of 7 longtime friends celebrating 40 years of friendship. There was plenty of space upstairs as well as downstairs. The group remarked over and over how incredibly perfect this space was both inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many local attractions including Lowell Observatory. The group left to hike rim to rim and the drive to the Grand Canyon was an easy hour and 20 minutes. The backyard had a table and chairs for 8 as well as a hammock, fire pit and a grill. The shade made visiting outside very comfortable any time of the day. The property is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was open, so whoever is cooking can visit with the others. This was the best VRBO experience any of us had ever had. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay there on future trips.
We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this beautiful property. The house is very nicely decorated with all of the amenities you could possibly think of. Fully stocked. Such a welcoming home. The hosts were great and quick to respond to any of our questions . Will definitely return. Highly recommend this property
Great home. We were pleasantly surprised by size of home and they’re eye on details, from kitchen utensils to toiletries to emergency supplies. 💯 recommended.
Great house and it was perfect for our family! It snowed when we were there and our whole family had the best time sledding down the hill in the backyard! We only left the house once in the 4 days we were there! The little extras that the hosts provided (the loofah sponges, Aveda products, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc, were all so appreciated and make such a difference in feeling "at home".
