WINTER RESERVATIONS: Four-wheel drive is essential for occupancy at this residence during the winter season until April. It's important to be aware that Montana's "Spring" is frequently characterized by snow, mud, moisture, or a blend of these elements.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The upstairs master has a king size bed, it's own private bathroom with shower/tub combination, and a door to the deck. There is also a half bath on the main floor. Downstairs there are an additional two bedrooms and a full bath with shower. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has 2 bunk beds.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room. It is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, bakeware and everything you will need to prepare delicious family meals.

DINING AREA: There’s a beautiful log table that will seat six comfortably. Just a few feet away is the kitchen bar, which seats two.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen with doors leading out to the covered deck, perfect for gathering and entertaining. There is a 50" Smart TV as well. Downstairs there is a second living area with a 75" flat screen Smart TV and surround sound; pair that with the wraparound couch with three reclining seats and cup holders and you're ready for a home theater experience! From here you can walk out to the patio and soak in the hot tub.

SETTING, ACREAGE, AND VIEWS: Alpine Oasis is in a beautifully forested area with the potential to see lots of wildlife! Moose and bears are frequently spotted in the area. Enjoy the incredible views of the Bridger/Bangtail Mountains from the hot tub and soak under the stars in the evening.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: This spacious deck has an outdoor table with seating for four so you can sit and relax with your morning coffee or your evening meal and drinks while taking in the views and mountain air.

CLOSEST TOWN AND AIRPORT: Fourteen miles (about a 20 minute drive) to Bozeman's Main Street and just a few miles further to the town of Livingston. Bozeman's Gallatin Field International Airport is about a 25 mile drive.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, whitewater rafting and all that Bozeman and Livingston have to offer. There is also great mountain biking right on the roads near the home. Yellowstone Park is about a 70 mile drive from the home.
