Slow down and experience a vacation at High Point South P10, an oceanfront two-bedroom condo with two spacious, furnished balconies and gorgeous ocean and bay views. This two-story property has everything you need for a relaxing beach escape, including a well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, and three TVs with built-in DVD players. The main bedroom boasts ocean views, while the second bedroom offers views of the bay. Walk down to the beach for a memorable day of sun and surf, or stay home to enjoy High Point South's beautiful oceanfront pool and sun deck. Building amenities include elevators for easy access.
This property is located directly along the peaceful shoreline in a great part of town, with numerous shops, restaurants, and activities nearby. You'll be a short drive from the popular Ocean City Boardwalk area and an even shorter drive from Northside Park on 127th Street.
Things to Know Highpoint South charges $50 per week or $20 per day from May 15-October 15 for parking. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Washer and Dryer are shared and coin-operated. Located next to the South Elevator Tower on each floor. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Complimentary cable service is provided from Memorial Day through Labor Day.Free WiFi is available in this home. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This condo is nothing like the pictures. Everything was rusted. This condo was dirty. Holes in the walls. The prices that is being charged is highway robbery.

Great location
Great location with awesome beach views. Pool was awesome as well. Only feedback would be the smoke detector is far to sensitive, any time we used the oven the alarm would go off. But would definitely recommend renting this property!

Great building, we’ve been vacationing here for 10 years. The penthouse we stayed in was a bit outdated but not to the point that it affect our trip or that we wouldn’t stay again. WiFi password was not listed in the unit anywhere so we had to contact guest services for that. Price was amazing and will return and stay in the same unit if we can get it for that price!

Condo hasn’t been updated in years. We stayed in several other places in HPS that were great, this was not one of them. Blinds broken, needs painted badly, really old furniture, livingroom tv smaller than the mount it was attached too, weird windowpane hanging with rolled up tape where photos should be, bedroom remote had no back and missing a battery, bedroom patio door filthy (had to use my own sheets because no curtain) … Read other questionable reviews and took a chance but next time we will pay more attention. For the price it was disappointing. Surprised VRBO & Vacasa advertise this place!

Great location but dirty
It was a great location but the cabinets and drawers were filled with sand and dirt. The dishes were dirty. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The updated shower and toilet in the one bedroom had to constantly be plunged. The sliding door handle was falling off and the door didn’t shut right. It could be a very nice place if they took the time to take care of it.

Nice for a weekend getaway
Very good location. The building provides easy access to the beach and shopping. It was very nice to be on the “penthouse” level. It provided great views and was very quiet. My only criticism is that the moniker “penthouse” generally evokes an idea of luxury. The unit is honestly not there in that regard. However, with a little updating it could likely earn a 5 star review in the future.

Needs wifi
Great home but needs to get wifi. Or it needs to not be advertised as having. Also, we had a tough time with the sliding door that wasn't fixed until Friday. I'm very happy the people after us have an easier time. That was frustrating. But definitely worth the stay.

Needs a good cleaning and lots of updates!!!
Besides the amazing ocean front view nothing else in this condo was amazing!! This property has not been renovated or had an overhaul cleaning in many years. Furniture is outdated, dirty and needs to be replaced Kitchen needs new cutlery as most of the fork tines are bent, knives are not sharp

Oven door cannot be opened all the way, fridge in the way
Cupboards are dirty and greasy
Kitchen is dark needs new lighting
Floors may have been vacuumed but definitely have not been mopped in a long time
Some sand on the coffee table
Is a stain on the ceiling from kitchen to living room
Decks are black, not cleaned, wear shoes
Patio screen door was off, not fixed
Toilet paper holder in the powder room is broken, needs to be replaced
Bathroom itself is old and dingy

Main upstairs bathroom has black mold on the ceiling by the shower.

Horribly misleading ad
I honestly don’t know where to start. The pictures are all misleading. Everything in this unit is very old, stained, dirty and the drains don’t work at all. The toilets wouldn’t flush completely until flushing 6-7 times. The stove door kept hitting the fridge when you opened it. No big pots. Only 3 coffee cups for a place that sleeps 8. The ac filters were clogged and dirty. The couch was broken. The beds had springs popping out. No water pressure to shower. They DO NOT have a washer and dryer in the unit for private use as it stated in the ad. They have a laundry mat but nowhere to get change to use it. Parking was 40 not 30 as stated in the ad when we rented it. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The bedrooms advertised queen beds but they were only fulls. Dishwasher didn’t work for a few days til fixed. Just so much wrong and the owners have been told by the management company to fix all these issues before we even came because they told me this when I called with all the problems. It was not worth the money that we paid for what we got for the week. It’s a shame really

the uniy was dirty mold on showe curtain hair in tubs floors so dirty has ti keep shoes on and socks on kids dishwasher dirtyad not working refrigator door noy closing very bad burning smell in unit called maintenance not sure what it was rugs dirty just very dirty not impressed love ocean city but not this condo talked to other people there and they said their units were good this one not so much might want to clean it up before renting it again

Was truly one of the dirtiest, broke down condos I've ever seen. Maintenance came out 4 times!
Was so very embarrassed that we took company with us here. It was filthy and so many things are broken. From the microwave, to the toaster, to the patio door. The upstairs balcony door is missing and open to the neighbors unit! We had to keep our inside door locked at all times because of this. There's a huge hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, with exposed wires and stuff in the downstairs bathroom. So run down, this post could NEVER do it justice!

Condo is BEYOND run down!
It’s too bad I am not able to leave a ZERO star review!! NEVER again would I rent this unit; nor would I rent from this realtor/property manager again. If realtors are unaware of the condition of a property they are representing, shame on them. If a realtor is aware of the dirty, rundown condition of the condo they are representing, more’s the shame. Either way, this condo is in a state of complete disrepair.
I am not that picky; I understand that rental units suffer wear and tear with frequent use. Nevertheless, I expect that the unit I rent will actually be fairly represented by the pictures posted by the management. Well, take a look at those pictures, and then forget about them. Those pictures do not show the moldy exhaust fan or the missing towel racks in the bathroom, the tilted bed in the front bedroom, the broken closet doors in the bay bedroom and kitchen, the dirty rugs and furniture, or the cracked, unstable plastic deck furniture. I really wish I could post pictures here on the vrbo site to show the state of this unit. Unfortunately, even pictures cannot document the musty smell that creeps up as you go upstairs, or the damp mustiness of the front bedroom. Besides all of this, there is a whole laundry list of broken, dirty, run-down issues with this unit; it would take paragraphs to itemize them all. And that is sad.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t until after I had already paid for my week’s rental that the first negative review had been posted. If only I’d waited… Why did I not call the realtor to complain? Because the amount of work required on this unit would have cleaning crews and repairmen in our unit for the entire week. If they cared so little that they actually rented this unit in the first place, I had no hope that my concerns would be addressed with little more than a band-aid. So, I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned; then I covered the furniture with sheets and kept my shoes on for a whole week. (At least I was able to take them off on the beach).
I rented this unit in good faith, and I feel that good faith was not returned. Disappointed? No. I am disgusted. I will be following up with the CoC, and posting reviews elsewhere as well, where I can at least post my pictures. My hope is that another family does not have to spend a week of vacation wishing they never left home.

Not As Advertised - Has not been updated in 40+ years
Door missing on balcony off master bedroom; Furnishing OLD and NASTY; Doors missing off closets; Nothing has been updated since building was built 40+ years ago. Pictures on VBRO are not accurate - very out dated. Bed in master bedroom has cardboard under the legs trying to make it level. Mattress on sleeper sofa is so old and worn we were forced to go out and buy an air mattress. While the location, pool and beach areas are nice. After talking to several other renters in other units we got riped off. Many were paying the same and were in newly remodeled units. I would definitely look for another unit. PH10 is not as described.

Is an okay property but needs some updates
The pictures for this property is deceiving although the location and building were ideal. The condo itself was more outdated than expected. The paint is chipping off the walls, all bathrooms are very old and two beds were missing legs therefore they were uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on. The condo was very spacious and the views were amazing. The only renovations in the condo was the kitchen but it seems original carpets in the condo along with bathrooms. We did enjoy the views of the ocean and bayside along with the two balconies.
