Très décevant! Equipement en mauvais état, insuffisant pour six personnes et mal entretenu, ainsi que le chalet d’ailleurs. C’est très dommage, parce qu’autrement le chalet est agréable et situé dans un cadre très plaisant.

Nous sommes très surpris par ce commentaire, qui nous paraît particulièrement sévère au regard de la réalité du séjour. Le chalet est régulièrement entretenu et équipé conformément à sa capacité d’accueil. Il est d’ailleurs assez étonnant de lire que l’équipement aurait été « insuffisant pour six personnes », alors que votre réservation avait été effectuée pour deux personnes. Nous prenons bien entendu en compte les critiques lorsqu’elles sont précises et justifiées, mais tenions également à rétablir ces éléments factuels.
