About this property

Brand new duplex dwelling next to a house with private entrances and patio areas. The duplex has 2 private bedrooms, a lovely kitchen with all the amenities and much more. Living room has a fireplace you can enjoy on the cold nights. Beautiful Kitchen with dinner table, If do you want to watch TV there is a very cozy fire place and very comfortable sofa bed ,two large bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Head outside to share stories and drinks, enjoy the lovely Outdoor dinning BBQ. On the summer days enjoy the outdoor shower. There is a private parking lot where it can fit 2 cars. The apartment is in the second floor walk up(no elevator). It has its own entrance separate from the other apartment. Both units share the front and backyard but the BBQ are is private . We offer on-site free parking and apartment sits near a golf course/ice arena and is a short drive to the city center and popular restaurants.
If you go to the beach and want take shower before going inside you can do that downstair(outside shower). You can relax and have a dinner outside if that is your choice as we also offer a barbecue area and a fire pit area.
Less than 5 minutes away you can enjoy the golf course and the ice arena. The beach and the center are about 10 minutes away from the house as well. Everything is close by.
