A recently updated and lovely beach house 3 blocks from beach access at 56th or 57th Street and 1.5 block from food & shopping amenities. Two floors with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom/shower-bathtub upstairs and an updated kitchen with powder room on the main floor with washer/dryer stack, spacious dining room and living room. Two decks accompany this home, one on the main living floor screened in and another off queen bedroom overlooking expansive marshlands with sunset views every night. Renovated outdoor shower at garage level.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to run the dishwasher and take out all the trash to the curb based on Summer pickup schedule.
Do not take beach badges with you. Any missing badges will require guest replacement for the next renters
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Beginning July through Labor Day, minimum 5 night stay. &amp;

Was a great stay

Great spot for our family. Super quiet and a really short walk to the beach. Plenty of toys and chairs were a plus for us. Would recommend to anyone.

Great South End rental

We really enjoyed our week at this house. We love the south end of Ocean City and enjoyed this peaceful location right on the marsh. The decks were perfect and the living space was very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach where we spent most of our days!

September OC South End Stay

The house was clean with a nice living space layout, was very cozy/comfortable, and was well stocked with all the appliances, glasses, pots and pans that you need. The porches were quite private and comfortable, the living room porch was screened, and both porches faced the sunset. All of the amenities were as advertised. What a great time of year to be in Ocean City!

Great rental

This is a great little spot a few blocks off the beach. The house is well equipped with all you need. Easy walk to the beach access on 56th (even for little legs). I do wish we had known how many chairs and beach toys were provided as we brought our own, but my fault for not asking. Great spot - come and enjoy OC.
