Abatille house- Arcachon

Our house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. With a capacity of 10 people, it has 4 comfortable bedrooms: two double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm and 140cm) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be converted into a double bed. The last bedroom is ideal for children and has 2 bunk beds (4 single beds).

Relax in our large, bright living room, with direct access to the terrace and whirlpool pool (dimensions: 2m x 6m, depth 1 metre). The heated pool is open from June to September, providing the perfect place to cool off on sunny days.

In winter, enjoy the cosy ambience of the open fireplace for cosy evenings by the fire.

The fully-equipped kitchen and summer kitchen with plancha allow you to prepare delicious meals to share with family and friends.
You can get around easily thanks to the cycle paths that take you all over the neighbourhood and to the beaches.

The Abatilles district is a southern extension of the Péreire district, stretching as far as the village of Moulleau.

Les Abatilles offers an exceptional environment, with a variety of sporting activities nearby such as tennis, pelota, swimming, golf and many others.

Don't miss the famous Sainte-Anne des Abatilles spring, renowned for its calcium-rich, nitrate-free water, which was used for thermal cures in the past.

From the station you can take line 3 and get off at Place Maydieu.
On foot, 2.2 km is about a 30-minute walk.

A dog can be accepted but on request.

Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
