Magnolia Property - Nantes

This home and property had all that was needed for our multi-day, family stay in Nantes. A spacious, quiet home located just minutes from restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. And the availability for multi-car parking behind the home's gated driveway was very convenient.

Great location

Fantastic house tucked away from the street. We figured out that the dishwasher and sink were both inoperable when we got there, which made cooking difficult. Christine the property manager was very kind and apologetic, but a plumber couldn’t be sourced until after we left. Assuming those issues are rectified, would whole heartedly recommend this property. Butcher, grocery, transit all nearby to get downtown.

Magnolia Very nice house with a private garden. The host was very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quite calm. You would need to use a car or public transport to get to the centre of Nantes. On the upside, there is a parking place for a car.

Lovely property and good location.

Beautiful house in quiet area with good transport links to the city just a short walk away. Excellent bathrooms and everything very clean.Good range of food shops just streets away. Good quality kitchen appliances ( but the gas hob did not work) The only problem for us was that there were no cups for hot drinks other than espresso ones; we did find one unwashed mug in the garden! There were four garden chairs and four soft chairs - insufficient for a group of six. We enjoyed our stay.

Magnolia What a delight for us to stay in this modern, clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. We chose this house for its decor and amenities and its size. Separate washer and clothes dryer were wonderful. An electric gate opens to this very safe property. We chose not to drive our car into Old Town due to parking difficulties so we took Uber in every day. The patio and garden are lovely, bathroom spacious and modern. Living and dining room look out into the garden. An agency handles the reservations and a local employee met us at the house and answered questions. A wonderful Bio-coop food store was close by where we bought our cheeses and delicatessen items for our meals. We would definitely stay here again! For those who are wondering about air-conditioning, there is a wall mounted unit in the living room, but NOT in the master bedroom. Upstairs there is one room that has an air-conditioner in it.

Op zich aangename woning maar op sommige vlakken opfrissing nodig. Bij het inchecken bleek al dat de vaatwasmachine stuk is, die zat vol borden e.d. Hasina, die ons incheckte zag dit, heeft de machine leeggemaakt en zei dat ze dit aan de verantwoordelijke zou melden die met ons contact zou opnemen om de herstelling te laten uitvoeren
 Er kwam een technieker maar kon het probleem niet direct oplossen, dus de hele week geen vaatwasmachine.Bij het tonen van de wasmachine maakte ik er haar attent op dat de garage heel vuil is en daar echt een vieze geur hangt. De slaapkamer op het gelijkvloers paalt eraan en daar kan je de geur ook waarnemen. Dit is vrij onaangenaam.In de badkamer op het gelijkvloers is Ă©Ă©n douchedeur kapot.Bij het koken stelden we vast dat er heel wat potten en pannen versleten zijn, wat het koken moeilijk maakt. Bovendien werkten de helft van de vuren niet (per mail werd ons bevestigd dat het gasvuur niet meer werkt). Door het niet functioneren van de vaatwasser doen we de afwas met de hand, maar missen vaatdoeken.We kunnen enkel besluiten dat het beloofde comfort in de woning niet (of niet meer) aanwezig is: vaatwasmachine stuk, wasmachine door geurproblemen niet bruikbaar, kookvuur voor de helft niet bruikbaar en potten en pannen aan vernieuwing toe
 In de slaapkamer beneden hangt een onaangename geur...Tegemoetkoming gevraagd voor alle ongemakken

La persona que nos dio las llaves y nos hizo el check in no tenĂ­a conocimientos sobre el funcionamiento de las calefacciones ( de una en concreto nos comentĂł que estaba averiada y no era correcto como comprobamos despuĂ©s, ya que se trataba sĂłlo de un aire acondicionado ). Probando con manuales que nos descargamos conseguimos poner toda la calefacciĂłn en marcha pero era tarde y la primera noche que pasamos fue realmente muy frĂ­a y poco acogedora. Para estos casos, el alojamiento deberĂ­a preverlos y tener la casa a buena temperatura para esperar la llegada de los huĂ©spedes"
