We had an awesome experience! House was incredible and just a short walk from the base of the mountain. Guy was a great host! I highly recommend a stay here!
Awesome property super close to Park City Mtn Village!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is basically ski in/ski out and check in/check out process was seemless. Highly recommend!
Nice property. Clean and everything worked. Excellent location - Walking distance to both the base of Park City and town. Very responsive host. Would recommend.
If you want to be extremely close to the park city mountain resort and the park city main town (night life, restaurants, etc), then this is the place to be. The host was accommodating as well in terms of an earlier check-in and was quick in providing responses.
Easy check in and property as advertised. Our family really enjoyed the living space and the beds were very comfortable. Hot tub worked well. Not far from the ski slopes so easy to get back to the hot tub and beverages! Will stay again --- thanks so much for your hospitality
The property was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable for the 10 of us to stay there. The convenience of being only about 600 feet away from the mountain resort as well as walking distance to main street just cannot be beat. No need for a car when staying at this house because it is so close to everything.

Thanks Jeff, it was great hosting your stay and I would be happy to see you and your family a return guests anytime.
Guy Martin, the manager, was excellent through the entire process, he always answered our questions immediately, and provided what we needed.
The house was comfortable, the hot tub was nice, and the drop off area for wet clothes and boots came in handy. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
It was very easy to rent this property. It was in the perfect location for the snowboarders and skiers in the family. Right out the door and down the street. Also walking distance to town. The hot tub was a definite plus after a long day on the slopes!
Close to downtown Park City, easy drive to Deer Valley. Comfortable space for 6 adults - the triple bunk is tight; would work fine for kids. Downstairs ski equipment room is awesome. Great communication with the property manager.
This property was great! It's literally a 5 minute walk to the mountain and about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown (although it is uphill for a bit and is a bit of a workout if your not used to the altitude, especially in the cold). But certainly a great walk! It's also very close to the dog park, which doubled as a sledding area for the kids during our winter stay. Beds were all comfortable and the gas fireplace was nice for some added heat. Great home and amazing location.

Sent to the wrong address
We were sent to the wrong address. The confirmation email and review email were for the wrong property. We showed up to the wrong location because of the information provided. We open up the garage to see another car there, and the owner of the home proceeded to walk down the stairs and asked us what we were doing in his garage. After 20 minutes of trying to sort out the issue we found out that VRBO had sent us the wrong location. I continue to receive communication from VRBO for the wrong address.

There was some confusion that took about 10 minutes to clear up. The house Daniel was supposed to be at was 5 minutes away.
Daniel or one of his guests left a backpack containing cash that was returned to him immediately by our cleaning staff as well as overlooking the fact that one of his party had vaped in the house (by his admission) even though the rules prohibit it.
Daniel and his fellow guests had a minor inconvenience that was settled quickly and were treated with honesty when they left personal belongings containing cash and with leniency when not observing house rules.
Our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) had a great time, and would stay again (which is what gets this house 5 stars). A few minor issues noted below.
Pros:
1) great location - 5 mins walk to base and 10-20 mins walk to town (depending on which end of Main St)
2) the host, Guy, was helpful and responsive. When we were considering the house, he even went over to measure the bunk for us (more on that below)
3) beds were comfortable, rooms got dark enough, and we slept well
4) the downstairs gear/game room off the garage was very handy
5) we used the hot tub several times with no issues (as noted in other review)
6) decent-sized dining table that seats 8 (it's frustrating when big houses have tiny tables... are people supposed to eat standing up?)
7) great fireplace - we used it every morning and evening
8) laundry room, which we used
Cons:
1) kitchen is just ok - there were enough plates/pots/etc. to make it work but not much more than that. There was also no exhaust fan over the gas range... just a decorative hood with a light! We were afraid our bacon and eggs would set off the smoke alarms, but not to worry because...
2) the smoke alarms were unplugged and sitting on the counter (guess this was after the other guest heard them chirping!)
3) the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle. The upper bunk and trundle are fine, but the lower bunk has only 19" of clearance from mattress to upper bunk (normal is 30"+). Our nine-year-old thought it was fine, but it would not work for most people.
4) we had to hunt around to find the WiFi password and house info (on a small tablet tucked away under the cabinets)
5) check-in was confusing as we only received a garage code. We figured that was it, but there is also a code to access the house, which we didn't receive. Thankfully, Guy called us right back and gave us a temporary code after the first code didn't work. All was good until three days later when our temporary code stopped working. Again, Guy was right on it and gave us another code (the one that didn't work initially). No harm, no foul, but we mention it because getting into the house is pretty important!
We enjoyed our stay at this property in Park City. Location is a short walk to the Payday lift at Park City and reasonable close to the downtown area. We would stay at this property again.
Really enjoyed the amenities of the property and its close location to both the town and Park City Resort lifts. Guy was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for your review! Please come stay again anytime.
This house is great for vacationing with family. Plenty of room to enjoy your privacy & family time. The hot tub was a nice touch when coming home from a day of skiing. Walking distance was an average of 10-15 minutes where we needed to go for dinner or head to the slopes. Only thing that fell short for us was the 2 person coffee maker & missing cookware to cook dinner. We enjoyed our time immensely & plan to revisit Park City possibly soon.
