Welcome to our 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms remodeled townhome!
This is a duplex consisting of two identical townhomes. You will be renting one side only.
**It is possible to rent both sides together. Please reach out if that is what you'd prefer.**
**PROPERTY OVERVIEW** Located in Old Town Park City, this remodeled townhome is only a two minute walk away from the Town Lift and Main Street! This beautiful, modern home has three bedrooms complete with their own private en-suites, brand new kitchen, comfortable living room, large deck, and a hot tub!
Walk in the front door and you enter the open concept main floor with a brand new remodeled kitchen, a large sectional couch to lounge, gas fireplace, wall mounted TV, half bathroom, and access to the deck. The kitchen has a huge island for prep space, all stainless steel appliances, and bar seating.
**BEDROOM LAYOUT** Head upstairs and there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a private brand new en-suite. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bunk on top, also with a private brand new en-suite. On the bottom floor there is one more bedroom with a King size bed and private en-suite, a laundry closet with a brand new washer and dryer, and access to the large shared deck with hot tub.

This townhouse is a perfect location in Park City. Just a few minutes walk to the town lift and historic Park City. The townhouse was comfortable and clean. We'll definitely rent again on our next trip to Park City.
Location, location, location. This home is convenient to Main Street, Harvest coffee, and Town Lift. Making it the ideal place to stay in Park City. The home is cozy and has a really well stocked kitchen. Check in and out was a breeze. I look forward to staying here again.
Great townhouse for easy ski weekend. 5 min drive (10 min walk) to base.

Great location and overall space
We got lucky and had to book a place last minute. We had a big group and found this duplex and rented both sides. Close to ski lift and Main Street. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed

Terrific place to stay
We enjoyed our week at 916 Woodside. The accommodations were top notch with everything you might want or need. We were able to walk into town and enjoy all that Main St etc has to offer. We recommend it highly for a summer or winter stay. Clean and modern. The hosts made sure our stay was perfect.
Great location to the town lift - 3 min walk! Perfect location to walk around Main Street and even 10-15 walk to Park City Resort center. Nice private hot tub and clean accommodations for family fun and skiing! Park City Host also worked with us to store luggage until the condo was ready! Friendly service.

No shortcomings. Short (flat!) walk to town lift and return at end of day. Well appointed, ez climate control, fire pit in front of house facing west for end of day relaxation, hot tub well maintained, full size w/d. One caution, place technically sleeps seven. We had four adults, I would hesitate to rent for six or seven adults, the main living area will be tight.

The property has everything to make a ski trip special. It’s a two block walk to the town lift, and just blocks from Main Street as well. We skied back for lunch each day which saved a ton of money as well as better food options. Parking was easy and off street. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

House is modern and nice. Very good layout/floorplan. Excellent communication from owners. Hot tub on back porch is a great feature.
Only problems noted were:
1) no mudroom or entryway, which makes it crowded with a ski group because of boots, helmets, coats, gloves, etc
2) steep stairs tough for little kids
3) would suggest providing laundry & dishwasher detergent packets so people don't have to buy both of those when only visiting for a few days

Lovely place in a great location.
Really nice modern renovation. 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom made it perfect for 3 guys getting away for a long weekend. The location is right near main st where there are loads of restaurants and bars. Harvest (best breakfast in town) is right around the corner and the tow. Is 3 minutes away. You can ski right back to the end of the street.
Would definitely stay again.

Excellent property, fabulous location. Perfect place to experience Park City.
The house is perfectly located in old town Park City, very close to town lift and main street. The house has been completely redone and is very comfortable. All bedrooms have very nice attached bathrooms, with comfortable beds. The private hot tub is the perfect after ski amenity.

My husband and I stayed with my sister, her husband and daughter (who had two friends stay over). The space was great. The remodel job was really well done. Clean and modern. Location couldn't be better. Steps from Town Lift and High West. Golf course down the street. Hiking trails galore. Only negative remark was it was a hot weekend and a cross between a not-so-strong AC and the memory foam mattresses made for warm sleeping nights. The three 12-year-old girls had their own shower in their room and the bunk bed with trundle was perfect. Look forward to coming back!

Modern mountain home with great location
This place was amazing. The location is great, as you can walk to historic Main Street for great dining and shopping. We also really loved the access to mountain biking and hiking trails within a couple blocks. The modern look is comfortable and offers a nice back deck hot tub to relax after a long day.
