This was a great property for our stay! The host was extremely communicative and was always looking for ways to make our stay better.
Overall, the property was perfect for our stay!
A group of guys meeting in Utah to go skiing and riding. Plenty of space for all of us and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. House is set up to host families with children, which we didn’t need but worth noting. Would stay again for sure!
This home was perfect for our family. It's a fairly large home with plenty of space and beds for a larger family. The location is great and it's in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the freeway.
Thank you!

Thank you so much, Allen! You and your party were terrific guests! We very much hope you'll come back soon!
Enjoyed the property with our family ski group. The house has lots of room and parking and is centrally located to ski around salt lake area. Would have liked more dishes and glasses to accommodate a big group. The kitchen otherwise was well stocked.

Margie and her guests were the greatest! They took good care of our home and were very easy to communicate with. We would ABSOLUTELY have them back, anytime!
This host was fabulous to work with, she agreed to allow us to bring extra people and use the basement apartment. She was always just an email away for questions and concerns and their cleaners/repair man leave on the same street if anything comes up. This was an awesome family to work with, the upstairs and main floor is beautiful. We were the first to use their basement apartment and it was magnificent that they had that to offer for our large group.

Cleanliness
Overall we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house and property. There did not appear to be a great amount of attention to details.

We informed our cleaners of a few spots they missed and refunded part of Sandra's payment.
We LOVED our experience with this rental! We booked this rental last minute and had questions before we booked, Whitney answered all our questions (before during and after our visit) She always answered right away and even helped me when we forgot something after checking out! The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The house was clean, everything worked and was better than expected. The beds were super comfy and the home felt like our perfect home away from home! This is really a hidden treasure and one of the best family homes we’ve stayed at. Whitney thank you for making our trip special…our grandson won state at the wrestling match near by so you had a 2x state champ stay!!! He’s only 6 so we will be back :)
Overall the house worked great for us. We had several questions before renting and received quick responses. The kids enjoyed the backyard and the patio table and chairs were great to have while watching the little ones. We walked to the Jordan River Parkway, that was next to a river where we saw a couple of dear, ducks and birds. Great for walking or biking.
Pros:
Clean
Kitchen
Backyard
Nice Master
Neighborhood
Culdesac
Open floor plan
Nice 2nd bathroom upstairs
Downstairs tenant was very nice
Swings in backyard
Cons:
Steep stairs
Wish it had a full bathroom downstairs for elderly mother.
Sectional was not comfortable and didn’t recline.
Needed more hand towels and washcloths
Kitchen could have been stocked better. We had to get plastic wrap, coffee filters etc.
Needed more serving spoons.
1/2 bath toilet seat needs repair

Carolyn. Happy to have had you at our place. You were our very first renter. :-). Thank you so much for your great review and detailed response. We have implemented most of these recommendations to make our guest experience even better for our future guests. Thank you for keeping our home in great shape. You were the perfect first guest for this new hosting journey. Come back anytime! Hope you are well.
We brought an archery team to compete at the National Tournament at the Mountain America Center. This location was less than 10 minutes away. There are also many places to eat in the vicinity and a grocery store just a few minutes away. It is also easy to get into Salt Lake City proper or up into the mountains.
This is a very spacious home with plenty of rooms for people to either gather or find a place for quiet time. Having 2 common rooms on the main floor plus a common room in the basement made for places where people could gather to watch tv, play cards, or study. There is also a large tv in the master bedroom upstairs where the kids could watch tv or play video games.
With the hot tub and everything available in the house, our kids always were able to entertain themselves.
The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water for showers morning and night.
Be aware that the master bedroom is open to the bathroom that is in suite. For us, this meant no one could be in that room if someone needed to use that toilet or bathtub as there was no way to close off the bathroom from the bedroom.
Check in and out was super easy.
The best part of the experience as the leader of this group was the prompt response from the host anytime we had a question. Having a quick response really kept us from ever feeling overwhelmed or worried.
I would definitely recommend this house and we will be looking to use it again when we travel to Nationals next year.
We were really excited for our stay here but unfortunately did not have the best experience. I don’t enjoy writing a poor review but think future guests should be aware.
Upon arrival, we found the kitchen pretty dirty, and it did not appear that anything had been cleaned. There were other instances where we found either some trash or old dried pieces of food from prior guests that made us think that more than just the kitchen needed some basic cleaning. Sadly, it did not end here. We quickly realized that the house needs some TLC because various things are falling apart. For example, one of the guest bedroom door knobs immediately came off. Then we felt that two of the larger beds were uncomfortable to sleep in. They no longer have any support, and you sink in awkwardly. The couches were sticky and dirty so we did not feel comfortable sitting in them to relax. Lastly, I was a little shocked that I could not find a blow dryer anywhere in the home and had to go to Walmart to buy one….
I sent various pictures to the owner and was appreciative of her quick response and apology. She also refunded some of our money. We cut our trip short by one day and shared feedback with the owner in hopes of improving future guests’ experiences. The owner was attentive and let us know she would work on improving the items discussed.

Dianne was our most unusual reservation to date. We did everything we could to make her happy. Nothing was broken prior to her stay, and our cleaners were shocked and a little offended by her criticisms. She will not be welcome to stay with us again.
We are group of family and friends who are staying here during our ski trip at Park City. The house is clean. The owner is on top of everything. We have had a great time here. Highly recommend this house.

Darice and his guests were respectful, courteous, and delightful to work with. We would welcome them back anytime!
We (husband/wife) spent five days in this large, comfortable family home.
Our kids stayed overnight thanksgiving eve to thanksgiving.
The home easily supported our large group. The crib in a large bedroom, the bunk beds in another king bedroom, and bunk room as well as large master, makes a great setup.
Backyard and good weather pushed kids outside to large yard.
Plenty of thoughtful parking.
Owner response was great
This home served perfectly all the needs for our group of 12! There are more spaces than pictured - including a front living room, and an office space with a futon just off the kitchen. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a relaxing back yard, and is about 25 minutes from the city center. Very clean and very comfortable. Communication with the owners was excellent and they took care of us very well! I certainly recommend this property!

Hi Paul. We were very happy to host you at our home. Thank you for taking such good care of it. You are welcome back anytime. Hope you are well!
Great location. Was unaware that people rented the basement. There is no access to the main house which was nice but would have been good to know from the get go.
