Large family room includes 75" 4k TV, bar with beverage refrigerator, fireplace, and opens to the back patio area with waterfall.
Chef's kitchen includes gas cooktop, large island, Sub-Zero refrigerator, microwave, oven, warming drawer and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals - Kitchenaid Mixer, Paella Pan, Tagine, Rice Cooker, Instant Pot, and all pots, pans, dishes, etc. A BBQ area with Heston Grill and Big Green Egg is adjacent to the kitchen. Enjoy meals on the patio table seating 10 or bar overlooking the ocean seating 4, with views from Catalina to Dana Point.
Panoramic doors and windows in the kitchen and dining area open to bring ocean views and breezes inside.
Two dedicated office spaces with ocean views - one downstairs and one upstairs with fast internet and printer.

Gorgeous!

I have been coming to Three Arch Bay since 1973. This is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. Endless views, gorgeous interior, beautiful linens, impeccable kitchen. Everything worked! Just a wonderful family vacation!
