The property was conveniently located and the space was fine. The fridge had a water leak and there was frozen water in the fridge when we got there. Additionally, and I know we were in the mountains in fall, but there was a mouse that was scurrying around. Both instances I reached out and got an immediate response via text regarding the issues. We cleaned up the water and were told to notify if it happened again and there was an offer to come set mouse traps last night.

This unit is spacious and the kitchen has s lot of counter space. If you're planning on cooking bring your own spices. The beds are comfortable and the deck is amazing. Communication with host is excellent and clear. We would stay here again.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the resort. The accommodations and amenities were all excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The only issue was that the water was shut off before our departure without any prior notice, while guests were still getting ready and using the bathrooms. A simple advance notification would have allowed everyone to prepare and would have avoided an otherwise unnecessary inconvenience. Aside from that, everything was great, and we had a very enjoyable experience.

Thank you for your review and feedback! Unfortunately the HOA had an emergency water shut -off and we were only notified the moment it happened.

LOVE THIS PROPERTY!!

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here—4 weeks in 2021 & 3 weeks this past Aug. Very comfortable beds & seating in living room. Well supplied kitchen. Huge balcony is great—ate meals, played bridge & read there! The underground parking & laundry across the hall were added conveniences!

Lovely condo

Beautiful place! Mountain View! The king and queen beds were very comfy! Lovely furniture! My kids loved the warm pool and hot tub! My only complaint is the wrap around porch didn’t have any patio furniture.
