This 220sq foot custom made brand new tiny house sits on a 22' trailer in a quaint community in Fairplay Colorado. Aspen trees in the yard, mountain views, has everything you need in a cozy space that feels larger than you'd think! Come check out tiny house living!

Open concept space with tall ceilings, white shiplap and wood accents. Lots of windows makes for tons of natural light. Large garage door with fold up bars and stools on either side makes for amazing indoor/outdoor living! Sectional couch with chaise lounge that turns into a bed. Loft bedroom with full size bed, closet and cubbies for storage. Bathroom has trough tub and shower, plenty of shelf space , flush toilet and washer/dryer combo. Kitchen with 3/4 size fridge/freezer, small oven, gas stove, farmhouse sink and pull-out peninsula for extra prep/eating space. WiFi and projector screen for movie nights. 10x12' deck with outdoor seating is the perfect space for a morning coffee or nightcap to take in the views!

Wedding weekend

We had a great stay at Lady Blue! It was a perfect cozy get away space, especially with a rainy stormy night. The hosts were nice and helpful whenever needed. We’ll be back!

Adorable Tiny House!

Even with a tiny home you have all the amenities to make this a great place to stay! This was a great in between for a few activities we were doing in the area, and the town was small but big enough if you needed anything it was there. The place was just as cute in person as it was on the photos!

Great Tiny House

This place is definitely tiny but it’s well-built and functional. A bunch of cute, unique touches make the house a memorable place to stay. It felt thoughtfully designed and although I didn’t spend much time in it, Tiny Blue was a very comfy home base in Fairplay. Very clean as well!

Cute, Affordable, Great Location To Breck.

Property was described in the listing accurately. Very well stocked and plenty of kitchen appliances. Great place to stay at an affordable rate. Comfortable for 2. Nice hot water, plenty of comfort, and a great get away. Close location to Breck, Keystone, and a reasonable ride to Vail if your a skier.

Beautiful Tiny Home

My friend and I enjoyed one night in Lady Blue. Located in a quiet RV/tiny home park, it was the perfect place for a quick get away. I had received an email from VRBO with check in and check out instructions and that I would receive a code for the lock box the day of my check in. However, I did not receive that code and had to reach out to the owner of the VRBO, who was very quick to respond and super helpful! One detail about the home is there are no blinds on the windows to make the space feel private. Since we were there for only one night, this was not a big deal.

Perfect Tiny House Escape from Denver

We wanted to get away for the weekend and unplug a bit and I could not imagine a more perfect spot to do so! This tiny house was exactly what we were looking for and we ended up having the best time. It's well stocked for a longer (or shorter!) stay with pots, pans, laundry, even a spice rack, a projector, a Google home for music, and games. It's very close to town and the neighborhood feels very safe. As far as tiny homes go, this one uses every inch of the limited space efficiently and we were constantly impressed with how homey it felt while having everything we could possibly need. We hope to come stay again soon -- it was lovely in the summer, but would be extra cozy in the winter!

Lady Blue in Fairplay

Enjoyed our stay, surrounded by other tiny home and RV dwellers but no one bothered us. Home is more spacious than expected. Oven worked great, plumbing worked rather, overall enjoyable experience.

Perfect!

What a perfect home for a couple! It feels so homely and has everything you need! And even when it dropped down to 15 degrees the house stayed perfectly warm. Highly recommend for a couple who wants a small but efficient, unique place to stay.
