Other than water cutting off everything was great. We were able to talk to manager and get it right back on but was aggravated bc we were getting up early to go to Dollywood. The cabin was super cute and I loved it.
Lovely cabin, with everything we needed. Lots of outdoor activities in the area during the day and we ended the nights at the fire pit!! We will be back!!
The tiny barn was a comfortable, private vacation rental suitable for an enjoyable weekend. The location is a little out of the way from the park but convenient to town. Perfect setup for just two people.
Such a nice little place. Perfect for a couple that just wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just enjoy each other. Not too far away from town but just far enough for peace and quiet.
A pleasant, comfortable , all things that are needed, and cute Tiny Barn
Great location for Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.
Also close to the Great Smokies. A great pic. You won’t be disappointed. Great place for two People, possibly 3 or 4.
THANKS
We loved our stay in the tiny barn! It’s quiet and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! We loved sitting on the porch after long days of exploring the cities! Our ONLY complaint is that the back bedroom stays pretty warm even when the main living temp is set very low, a little more than our liking for sleeping but everything else was wonderful :)
Cabin is awesome!! I would have really enjoyed it more , had there actually been internet like advertised,or if I could had at least had phone service, but excluding the internet, the cabin was great, area was quiet, great for a couples getaway
The tiny home cabin was really nice and clean. It actually had quite a bit of space to relax and be able to put your bags away. The decorations were cute me and my wife liked them a lot. The a/c worked really well, it stayed cold in there the whole trip we stayed! If we get the chance we’d probably would stay again.
I didn’t receive my final email with the code and had to call the emergency number 3 times before receiving a call back with the correct code. We lived our stay and would return again and recommend to others.
We loved our stay. It was our 4th anniversary. It was so peaceful. The only issue we had was the bed was a little uncomfortable but we dealt with it. It was very clean. We are definitely coming back and will be staying longer lol.
I stayed at The Tiny Barn for a weekend getway and solitude. This was perfect for just me, or even if i were to come back with my husband! It was a bit cold, but there are plenty of blankets provided, and i backed plenty of sweaters, so i was able to stay comfortable!
The only item i would amend, seeing as how i was alone, the windows with sheer/see through curtains made me a little cautious at night. I know im in the middle of nowhere, but still 😅
Quiet and peaceful. Looked exactly like the pictures. Only thing to add would be brighter light in the bathroom, it’s a little dark to shower. Didn’t really use any outside items due to time and weather. Internet is obviously slow due to mountains. The listing did say hot tube but it is located over at the larger barn. Easy check in process and have had any questions answered quickly.

Duh, Duh!!
We were on our honeymoon, it sure wasn't suitable for that!! Wasn't romantic at all!
The property was very cute but I did have a few small issues. The pull out couch was not a pull out couch and was not as pictured. My toddler barely fit on the couch to sleep. The microwave didn’t work and if you touched it, it would almost fall off of the hole cut for it. There were no trash bags. Overall it was a nice place just a few small inconviences.
First of all this tiny cabin was simply amazing and made me feel very cozy. The location of this property wasn't completely off the beaten path but far enough away for a quiet night. But just know that this tiny house is just off the main road and not hidden and is only a few steps from the barn. Not a huge issue for us but nice to know if you want to be completely secluded. Only about a 20-25 minute drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.
Tiny house had everything you could minimally need.
I would give 5 stars but just be aware that it is listed that there is a pool/hot tub but there is not one that comes with this tiny home. If theres neighbors in the barn I'm sure you could make friends with them and discuss sharing the hot tub. Again not a huge issue for us but was kind of a disappointment.
Amenities were great. We took advantage of a few of the complimentary activities and they were super easy to use.
Would stay again if I had the chance
