Hillbilly Hideaway

We enjoyed our stay at Hillbilly Hideaway. The property was very clean and easy to access. It was a quick drive to Tamarack Ski Resort. We enjoyed the hot tub and board games. We got pre-approval to bring our dog and he loved the snow!

Great place!

Super clean property with excellent communication from the hosts. I would agree with a prior reviewer that the TV in the location is way too high:) Makes for a weird viewing experience but hopefully you're not really there to watch TV! Quick drive to the Boulder Creek boat ramp area.

Decent place

Only 3 drawbacks about this: TV is mounted way too high. It’s almost uncomfortable if you’re going to be watching tv for more than 20 minutes 2. Master should have a king size bed 3. (Really the only one that bugged us) having security cameras directly pointed at the hot tub is kind of a creeper move. I get they are there for security but we really don’t want to be on camera while enjoying the hot tub.

Scott- thank you for staying at Hillbilly Hideaway. With the fireplace and chimney built the way they are, there's really no other good spot to put that TV, but I agree- it's kind of high. At least you can relax and recline in the nice sectional sofa and have a great view while relaxing. I'll mention the master king bed suggestion to the owner and also will suggest she move the camera on the rear deck. She's a super sweet lady and I wouldn't think she's interested at peeking in on you in the hot tub- I'm sure that's for safety reasons. Thanks again for staying and reviewing your time at Hillbilly Hideaway. -Jonathan

For us the property was perfectly situated. We enjoyed being close to family and Mc Call. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and well appointed. We did not end up using the hot tub but it was a nice addition.

Great location and scenic drive from Boise

We enjoyed visiting in idaho. The property is beautiful and very very clean. A house any family would like as a permanent residence. Had never been in idaho before. It's booming. Beautiful sunsets due to fires.
