Itvwas a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for 5 kids and 2 adults. The walk to the resort pool wasn't too far, but to my suprise the kids preferred the smaller pool at the house.

Our stay at Solterra was great! The house was perfect for our group! It was very comfortable! The house is located near the pool and easy to walk to! The owners were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Basics are provided in the house. Highly recommend!

Ok so... the home itself was quite lovely. However, we booked this particular location with the expectation that we would be able to utilize the advertised lazy river and resort pool. Unfortunately these amenities were not available due to what the front desk called previously scheduled, month lonh,maintenence. Considering our itinerary included a day for lazing around and enjoying the amenity, we were a bit thrown for a loop. I did mention this to the host but did not feel it was addressed in a reasonable manner. The small pool in the backyard was nice but the kids got bored very quickly. Also, while i know it's Florida and that means bugs, a very large roach (we call them water bugs where I am from) crawled on my daughter while she was in bed trying to sleep.... that made for a bit of chaos. The only other thing to keep in mind is that if you are interested in having good delivered, your options will be pretty limited. I didn't feel like we were out in the middle of nothing but most places we were interested in would not deliver. Walmart did though, so that was great. I understand these issues were out of the owner's control. However, i would have appreciated this knowledge before booking. Again.... lovely space for my group of seven. Just a few disappointments.

Great host. Clean, well maintained. Stocked with enough dishes to cook Christmas dinner. The pool heat was excellent the whole time. Great location, to walk to resort pool . Comfy beds in all rooms. Very well decorated. Plenty of room.will book again

We had a great time at this property and would definitely book again. Here's a rundown of our experience:The home was very clean when we arrived. Some of the carpets look a little worn but that is unavoidable when you have light color carpets in a rental.Communication from the host was excellent from booking through checkout. The host was responsive to messages and provided clear check-in instructions. It's clear they care about their guests having a smooth stay.The private pool was nice although we did not use it very often. It was clean, well-maintained, and great for relaxing after a day at the parks.The kitchen had a good variety of cookware, dishes, and small appliances, making it easy to prepare meals without needing to eat out every night. We went deep sea fishing and were able to cook our fish when we got home in the evening. The community is nice and seems very safe. There is a gate at the entrance and you need to show your pass to get in. A few nights we had to wait while they processed everyone trying to get into the community.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and made for a relaxing, comfortable stay near Orlando's attractions. Highly recommend for families or groups visiting the area!

Loved our stay

We enjoyed this house very much,it was clean,neat and exactly as the description online, I would definately stay there again! The temperature in all the rooms was perfect,the kitchen was great to cook in, and the beds were all very comfortable,we didnt want to leave!

Great place and very clean!

The rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Also, the resort was great and the waterslide with lazy river was as good as advertised. I will definitely want to return in the future!
