Walk to the beach with a cocktail to see an amazing sunset. Sit in your Adirondack chairs and enjoy good stories while listening to the crackle of the wood in the fire pit. Entertain the kids with an outdoor movie in the pavilion. You'll be happy here!

The first house is detached, and offers 2 bedrooms, along with new 2 1/2 baths. It features a deck, farmers porch, granite counters, outdoor shower, laundry, and central air.

The other two houses are attached by a two car garage, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath and 3 bedroom, 2 bath home have it all: central air, granite counters, stainless appliances, laundry in the basements, and beautiful mahogany decks to dine on. A must visit summer rental for multiple families who, at the end of the day, want their own space to relax.

Great family getaway: All three homes are situated on a 3/4 acre lot with a large yard that is equipped with a 20x40 in ground, heated salt water pool, volleyball net, outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit for the colder evenings. There is an outside pavilion area with a bar and tv. This is a great place to gather the entire group for meals and activities - even if it's raining we have a large indoor dining room that can accommodate your group!

These cottages are walking distance to Cooks Brook Beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove. Other close amenities are: great restaurants, mini golf, shopping, flea market, go carts, walking trails and charter boats. Be the first to enjoy this Cape Cod experience in style!
