Our home is a 2 story 1700 square foot home with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms that sleeps 6. It has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, large living room and dining room with a large dining table. The house has a comfy front porch and large spacious yard. Just a few miles from the beautiful beaches of Sullivan's Island and the Isle of Palms. Six restaurants are within walking distance . Property is about 1 mile from Shem Creek which offers several waterfront dining options, shopping, fishing, and water activities including kayaking. Great Location for Charleston Visit

This was a great house for us, 2 couples, very clean, comfortable and the location was great for day trips in and around Charleston. We also found some great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay there again if available on our next visit.

Exceptional Old Village Mt Pleasant Stay

This was by far our Best rental stay in the Old Village. The house was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The parking was super because we had a boat a truck and two cars. Our hostesses were so kind friendly and helpful, we feel like we have new friends. You definitely can't beat the location for great beaches, boat ramps, food and Downtown Charleston. Thank you so much Laura and Jimmy see you again soon!

Great Getaway Location

My husband and some friends loved our stay. Great location between downtown and the beach - just what we were looking for. The front porch was our favorite, we spent all our time out there! Thank you!!

We built our home in 1985, and raised 2 boys in our home. We decided later at my retirement to build an ADU on our property and move into it and renovate our home and rent it.
