Great view but incompetent staff

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The microwave didn't work when we went so I called the hotline number to open a ticket. Was there 4 nights. No one came to fix the microwave when I had a toddler. Then they wanted to charge me for 5 bracelets for the pool that I never was provided so I argued it with AirBnB.Not my fault they didn't check the previous Tennant to see if they took those bracelets. Never staying here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well kept and clean condo. The size of the room and the view from the balcony were awesome. I would stay here again and it was a very nice place and centrally located right along the beach.

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, the condo could use a little refresh in regards to furniture and items like worn out baseboards. The main door vibrates and makes a loud "thud" when the AC turns on or there is a wind outside. The TVs in the master and living room only offer over the air channels which provides limited TV and that is unfortunate. The entry codes to the pool area did not work properly but security was helpful in providing a temporary solution. The complex is clean and security is good.
