Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit for the month of March. My review may sound over critical but it needs to be said. This unit needs a deep cleaning overall. Walls, floors, windows, artificial plants (gray with dust), light fixtures full of dead bugs. The ceiling is peeling from what is possibly water damage from above. The furniture all needs to be replaced, the couch for sure! The couch is uncomfortable, placed toss pillows under the cushions to make it a little better. The humidity was high and that just made the couch smell. It is very musty! The other two chairs are not great either. The dining set needs to be cleaned. Once off white is now just turning black. The area rug needs to be thrown out because it is filthy and warn out! When we arrived the smoke detector was hanging by the wires and the screen door was damaged, multiple light bulbs burnt out. The king mattress needs to be replaced. It is like a bad waterbed when you move around. We did talk with Marie with Biloxi rentals and she did address what she could the same day.

The kitchen had everything thing you would need to have a home cooked meal. The living room was fully furnished and nice tv. The only downside was the master bed frame. It made a kind noise ever time you moved in bed and the bed were not very comfortable. However the rest of the place was perfect.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was extremely dirty. We cleaned both restrooms due to dead bugs in both tubs and the master shower. The floors were dirty as my daughter's white socks were black from crud. Dishes and glass ware were spotty so we had to hand wash anything we used. Chair in living room has dust bunnies and something sticky on it. The balcony has a dead bird and a crack in the wall to the right side of the balcony. This Unit # 607 needs a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. Very nasty.
