This charming 28 m² air-conditioned studio apartment near the beach in Port-Vendres can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A balcony of approx. 3 m² to enjoy the fine weather

The studio is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- The port and shops are just a 2-minute walk away, as is the market twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
- Boat trips available
- La Mauresque beach 600 m away

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus at 2 euros to go to neighbouring towns: Collioure, Banyuls-sur-mer and as far as Perpignan. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away.
- Nearest train station: Port-Vendres station (2.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport (43 km)

Eve was very helpful and nice to us, the communication was spot on and she helped with any questions we had. 🙁 Sheets and towels charged extra, toilet paper and cleaning products not included, AC was making such a bad noise that we had to turn it off."

Obelisque 1A "Appartement coquet bien situé, mais information non claire sur les coûts supplémentaires. 🙂 Petit appartement bien situé au port avec toutes les commodités. 🙁 Le fait que nous devions payer 25 euros extras à la concierge pour la literie et les serviettes n'était pas clair. Un courriel nous est arrivé à cet effet les jours précédents, mais écrit en petit, à la fin d'un long message. Nous avons reçu plusieurs autres messages nous demandant régulièrement de préciser l'heure de notre arrivée. Cette situation a causé du stress non nécessaire avec la concierge qui nous a fait sentir mal à plusieurs reprises."

Obelisque 1A "Alors nous avons été déçu, le flexible de la douche fuyait donc non vérifié avant notre arrivée et lave-vaisselle non vidé ai envoyé un message pour informer qu'il manquait des couverts m'a répondu de vérifier les tiroirs ... Les propriétaires se sont déplacés et ont constaté par eux-mêmes ce que je vous exprime. Le matin du départ nous avons oublié une glacière remplie de victuailles, ne nous a pas prévenu nous nous en sommes aperçus pour déjeuner j'ai envoyé un message à l'hôte, m'a répondu qu'elle avait dit à sa femme de ménage de la garder je n'ai pas compris ce comportement et lui ai demandé de restituer la glacière à des personnes de confiance avec lesquelles nous avons sympathisées une fois encore elle m'a dit qu'elle allait voir ce qu'elle pouvait faire je l'ai appelée en lui demandant de faire ce que je lui disais,nous sommes client...Pour votre information nos amis ont pu récupérer la glacière ainsi que des vêtements oublies également."
